| Objective: To observe the curative effect of routine acupuncture combined with moxibustion and routine acupuncture therapy in treating patients with foot droop in convalescent stage of ischemic stroke,and to explore the curative effect and advantage of routine acupuncture combined with moxibustion on foot droop in convalescent stage of ischemic stroke.Methods: 60 cases of convalescent patients with ischemic stroke were observed according to the standard.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases(routine acupuncture plus moxibustion)and 30 cases(routine acupuncture).Control group: gutters,Baihui,Neiguan,Jiquan,Chize,Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli-suffering from-lateral-acupoint,to-conventional-acupuncture.The-experimental-group-used-moxibu stion-on-the-basis-of-routinecupuncture: Chengshan(suffering),Yanglingquan(suffering),and Xuanzhong(suffering),Four sessions? Results: 1.CSS score: compared with the experimental group and the treatment group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both treatment methods could improve the patients' CSS score.2.NIHSS score:The diffrernce between the experimental group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,P<0.05 was compared between the two groups,and the diffrernce was statistically significant.3.In the evaluation of the curative effect of 4 and 2 treatments,the effective rate was 93.3% in the experimental group,83.3% in the control group and the the control group,the results showed that the two treatments were effective in improving the ptosis of the patients,but the efficacy was batter than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Two kinds of treatment have good effect o n improving motor function of patients with ischaemic stroke convalescence.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy is better than that of acupuncture in patients with popliteal ptosis in convalescence of ischemic strke. |
