Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction On Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

Object:To study the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction in treating adult primary immune thrombocytopenia from platelet count,bleeding score and quantitative score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom.Methods:The 60 patients with ITP were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases).The control group was given a half amount of Nisongada,the treatment group on the basis of adding Bushen Huoxue Fang,observation 3 months,the first month of weekly review of blood routine,depending on the patient’s platelet count a week or two weeks to review the blood routine,compare two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,The changes of platelet count in 6 weeks and 12 weeks were compared before treatment and 1-week and2-week bleeding scores,and the quantitative changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in platelet count between the two groups before treatment,and the platelet count of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(p < 0.05).2.The bleeding symptoms before and after treatment were compared and quantified by bleeding score.The difference between the two groups at different time points(1 week before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment)was F=2.443,P=0.124 > 0.05,and there was no statistical difference.The scores of F=24.830 and P < 0.01 of the two groups were statistically different at different time points.3.Through the different treatment time,two groups of quantitative evaluation of syndromes,comparing curative effect index,the control effect is made valid by means of the modal,treatment group curative effect mode to pay off,by the method of rank and inspection,including P < 0.01,suggesting that after treatment between the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Chinese and western medicine can stabilize and improve the platelet count in the process of hormone withdrawal,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of single western medicine.2.Both Chinese and Western medicine or Western medicine can improve bleeding.3.Low platelet counts,clinical easy bleeding and bleeding risk,but not necessarily lower platelet,hemorrhage,to explore the clotting mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ITP is a new direction of future research.
