| Objective:To check the blood AMH level of healthy female in the hospital of medical examination center,and report on AMH levels of correlation according to age,BMI,smoking status and reproductive history.We explore the normal value of the domestic AMH level,providing the basis for the establishment of AMH normal range in the future.In addition,we observe intervention effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in decreased ovarian reserve.We aim to the better treat DOR,reducing the occurrence of premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods:The first part:The study was performed at the medical center,traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province,between April 2016 and February 2017.A total of 280 healthy women(aged 20-45)were recruited and serum AMH levels were measured for all of them.And collet their age,BMI,smoking status,reproductive history and other relevant information.Through the statistics analysis to study the relationship between AMH levels and the womens'characteristics.The second part:The study was performed at the Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology,traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province,between January 2016 and December 2016.The forty patients who met the diagnostic criteria for DOR were randomly divided into Bushen Huoxue Decoction group(n = 20)and Western medicine group(n = 20).The patients were treated with continuous medication for 3 cycles.Use intra and inter group control to compare the improvement of symptoms and the changes of each index between two groups ·Results:1.AMH level of each age group:AMH level is 3.07±1.73 ng/ml of 280 healthy women in reproductive age.Serum AMH level is 4.39±2.07ng/ml between 20 to 25 year-old female,3.83±1.48ng/ml between 26 to 30 year-old female,2.79±0.85ng/ml between31 to 35 year-old female,2.34±0.96 ng/ml between 36 to 40 year-old female,1.69±0.98ng/ml between 41 to 45 year-old female.There were significant differences between groups.2.The related factors of influencing the AMH:The AMH levels were negatively correlated with age(r=-0.658,P<0.001).Serum AMH concentrations show a progressive decline with female ageing.The AMH levels were negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.248,P<0.001).The AMH levels were not correlated with the smoking status and reproductive history.3.The comparison of Hormone and AMH levels between two groups:After treatment,the level of E2 and AMH was increased and the level of FSH and LH was decreased compared with before in two groups.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences between two groups after treatment.(P>0.05)4.The comparison of Clinical curative effect between two groups:After treatment,the clinical curative effects are improved compared with before in two groups,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences between two groups after treatment.(P>0.05).5.The comparison of TCM symptom score between two groups:After treatment,the scores were decreased compared with before in two groups,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);At the same time there were significant differences between two groups after treatment.(P<0.05).It indicated that to improve TCM symptoms in Huoxue Decoction group were obviously better than Western medicine group.Conclusion:1.Serum AMH concentrations show a progressive decline with female ageing.AMH can assess ovarian function reserve capacity,and provide early diagnosis basis for DOR.2.Serum AMH concentrations show a progressive decline with female BMI.So on prevent and delay the ovarian reserve function by adjustable life habit,cooperate with regular diet,weight loss,can have twice the result with half the effort.3.It has the same effect of treating DOR between Bushen Huoxue Decoction and Western medicine.Bushen Huoxue Decoction is better than Western medicine in improving TCM symptoms.It is significance to use of Bushen Huoxue Decoction to delay ovarian function. |
