Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction On AMH And Six Sex Hormones In Patients With PCOS

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction in the treatment of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,this paper evaluates the improvement of AMH and six sex hormones and the safety of medication,and analyzes the mechanism of this prescription to improve the level of serum hormones,so as to provide a reliable diagnosis and treatment basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:42 patients with PCOS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were observed which were diagnosed in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2021.All the patients were treated with Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction for three consecutive menstrual cycles.The changes of serum hormone level（AMH、LH、FSH、PRL、P、T、E₂、LH/FSH）,BMI,hairiness and acne score and TCM syndrome score were compared before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS25.0.Result:A total of 42 patients were collected in this study,of which 3cases fell off and 39 cases completed the clinical observation.After treatment,the clinical comprehensive effective rate of 39 patients was 89.74%.BMI,acne score and TCM syndrome score all decreased after treatment with significant difference（P<0.01）.The values of AMH,LH,LH/FSH and T in serum decreased after treatment（P<0.01）.And the values of FSH and E₂in serum increased（P<0.05）.The values of P and PRL were not significantly different from those before treatment（P>0.05）.The hairiness score decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference before and after treatment（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis and regulate the level of serum sex hormones.The treatment can effectively reduce the values of AMH,LH,LH/FSH and T in the serum of PCOS patients,and increase the levels of FSH and E₂in the serum,which proves the feasibility of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction in the treatment of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis without obvious adverse reactions.It shows the potential advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.
