Clinical Observation Of "Shang Ke Hei Yao”in Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Random,double-blind And Placebo-Controlled Methods

Objective:To observe the clinical of “shang ke hei yao”in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.30 in each group.Patients in treatment group were treated with “shang ke hei yao”while the control group was treated with placebo.The courese for the two groups were 14 days.VAS score,WOMAC score and FTSST score were observed.Results:(1)During the experiment,3 cases in the experiment group and 1case in control group were shed,56 cases completed the experiment.(2)Compared in the group before and after the experiment,there was statistically significant difference in VAS score and WOMAC score(P<0.05),and no significant difference in FTSST score(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups after the experiment,there was statistically significant difference in VAS score and WOMAC score(P<0.05),and no significant difference in FTSST score(P>0.05).Conclusion: “Shang Ke Hei Yao” can effectively alleviate patients knee pain,but can not improve the activity ability of the joints.
