| Objective: To observe Gu Shangâ… recipe side with arthroscopic knee surgery for osteoarthritis of clinical efficacy. At the same time, before and after surgery in patients with synovial fluid in the level of IL-1βwere measured to explore the treatment of Gu Shangâ… r ecipe on the possible role of KOA. Method: The 120 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groupsâ… a ndâ…¡. The treatment group received Gu Shangâ… side with arthroscopic operation in the treatment, and the control groupâ… received TDP side with Arthroscopic debridement. Meanwhile, the control groupâ…¡simply given arthroscopic operation for the treatment. To assessment symptoms and signs integral,AIMS and safety indicators of patients after 1,2,4 weeks of surgery, And surgery before and 4 weeks after surgery in patients with synovial fluid interleukin-1 levels were detected.Results: Results: Three groups after 4 weeks of the treatment, the total efficiency of groups was 92.5%, 85.0%, and 77.5% respectively, difference among the three groups was significant (P<0.05), indicating that the three groups with symptoms can be alleviated and improve knee function of patients significantly. At the same time, the IL-1βlevels were detected and the comparision was done among the three groups, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). During the treatment, there was no obvious cause of drug use because of adverse reactions. Conclusion: The effective of Gu Shangâ… recipe side with arthroscopic knee surgery for osteoarthritis better than TDP + arthroscopic debridement and simple arthroscopic debridement, especially for patients with joint pain, swelling, joint activities , and other symptoms and signs of significant improvement. However, its mechanism and long-term effect is still to be further animal experiments through research and clinical observation to verify and clarify. |
