Objective: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)is a type of malignant tumor that threatens to human health.The latest study in 2017 has reported that the incidence of NHL has been increasing year by year,which has attracted the attention of the global human.This study mainly reviewed the clinicopathological features of NHL in Xinjiang region and provided referential suggestions for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of NHL patients in this region.Methods: According to lymphoma classification criteria of the International Health Organization(2016 Edition),the NHL patients of clinical data who were retrospectively analyzed,were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 1,2012 to June 1,2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: A total of 566 NHL patients were included in the statistical analysis.The ratio of male to female was 1.1:1.0.There were more patients aged 15-59 years.The incidence of Han patients was significantly higher than that of Uygur.In this study,499 cases accounted for 88.2% of B-cell lymphomas.T-cell lymphomas accounted for 11.5% of 65 patients,the ratio was 7.7:1.0.The most common type of B-cell lymphoma was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma was the most common type of T-cell lymphoma.The number of patients with lymphadenopathy was 39.0%,and the incidence of exogenous disease was 60.8%,and the ratio was 0.6:1.0.The most common site of onset was neck and supraclavicular lymph nodes,gastrointestinal tract,and Webster's ring.Stage I and II accounted for18.7%(106/566),stage III and IV accounted for 81.3%(460/566);univariate analysis suggested: gender,peripheral blood lymphocyte count,B symptoms,serum LDH levels,and ECOG scores were clinical stage factors affecting for NHL patients.Multivariate analysis suggested that B symptoms,serum LDH levels,and ECOG scores were the clinical staging factors.Conclusion: The study of the xinjiang region of 566 NHL patients,the incidence of men was higher than that of women,the majority of the patients were between 15 and 59 years old,the incidence of B-cell lymphoma was significantly higher than that of T-cell lymphoma,there were more patients with extranodal problemsthan lymph node onset.Patients,B symptoms,serum LDH levels,and ECOG scores were significant factors in the clinical stage of NHL patients.
