Objective The relationship between risk factors, internal diameter of carotid artery, thickness of medial membrane and size of carotid artery plaque in h-type hypertensive patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome at different levels of HCY was compared. Methods select 160 cases of H each other by phlegm and blood stasis type hypertension hospitalized patients,on the basis of HCY level 5 umol/L,will H hypertension phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients into ABCD four groups, each group A(10 umol/L < HCY15 or less umol/L),group B(15 umol/L < HCY 20 or less umol/L),group B(20.00 umol/L< HCY 25 or less umol/L),group D(HCY > 25.00 umol/L),respectively,the four groups of different HCY levels of risk factors and carotid plaques detection, parts, inner diameter and film thickness in the carotid artery, carotid artery plaque size for single factor variance analysis. Results 1.Comparison of HCY levels and risk factors of h-type hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis :(1)four groups of smoking history and drinking history, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)there were statistically significant differences between the four groups of UA,TG and ldl-c(P = 0.05).After comparison, there were statistically significant differences between group C and group A,group D and group A,group D and group B(P = 0.05).The TG level of group C and group A was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of ldl-c in group C and group A,group D and group A were statistically significant(P = 0.05).2.Comparison of HCY levels and carotid artery plaques in HCY of phlegm and stasis of h-type hypertension :(1)comparison of carotid artery plaque in the four groups, with statistically significant difference(P = 0.05);(2)there was a statistically significant difference in the size of the total arterial plaque(P =0.05).After comparison, there was A statistically significant difference between the group D and group A(P = 0.05).Compared with group A,group D and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.05).Conclusion 1 H phlegm and blood stasis of hypertension patients with each other by different HCY levels of LDL-C,TG,UA and carotid artery plaque size has a certain influence, between HCY in 20 to 25 umol/L when it makes more sense, prompt control of LDL-C,TG,and the size of the UA and carotidplaques, preventing H hypertension further development is necessary.2.HCY between20-25 umol/L,the carotid plaques and H high blood pressure have a certain correlation, when HCY > 25 umol/L,the area of carotid plaques and size range of H type had significant effect on the blood pressure, the location of distribution in bilateral common carotid artery and right subclavian artery, and the size of the bilateral common carotid artery plaque contact HCY levels have a certain range.
