Objective:Summarize the clinical experience of ancient doctors using Zhigancao Tang, extract effective information from it to serve clinical. To observe the efficacy of Zhigancao Tang on qi-blood deficiency type of Malignant tumor associated hyperhidrosis, including ease of sweating, antiperspirant time, and improvement of TCM symptoms such as fatigue, weaknes, anorexia, palpitation, insomnia and so on.To discuss the population characteristics of patients with malignant tumor-associated hyperhidrosis treated with the addition and subtraction of Zhigancao Tang, evaluation of clinical efficacy of treatment of malignant tumor-associated hyperhidrosis treated with the addition and subtraction of Zhigancao Tang.Method:Collecting clinical data of 60 cases of Malignant tumor associated hyperhidrosis that meet the inclusion criteria, randomly divided into observation group 30 cases and control group30 cases, there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age,TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),so the two groups are comparable. The observation group received basic symptomatic therapy plus Zhigancao Tang oral treatment, the control group was given basic symptomatic treatment plus oryzanol tablets oral treatment, both groups are treated for 2 weeks.Statistics on the degree of sweating relief before and after treatment in the two groups, improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improvement of KPS,etc. At the same time, the patient's adverse reaction was recorded and the safety assessment was performed.Statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the clinical data collected, and P<0.05 was set as statistically significant.Result:(1)Baseline data analysis:Among the 60 patients enrolled in the study, the incidence was 50-60 years old and 40-50 years old, which accounted for 31.67% and 25.00% respectively. There were 27 males and 33 females, there are more middle-aged and older women, and women are slightly more than men,The majority of the patients were lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and gastric cancer, accounting for 23.33%,15.00%,and 11.67%,respectively.The majority of phase III and IV phases accounted for 51.67% and 31.67%,respectively,the number of previous treatment methods for malignant tumor patients was mostly 2 and 3,which accounted for 38.33% and 41.67%,respectively.(2)Efficacy analysis: In the observation group,30 patients recovered clinically in 7 cases, markedly in 8 cases, effective in 11 cases, and ineffective in 4 cases. The total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group of 30 patients,2 were clinically cured,6 markedly effective,11 effective, and 14 ineffective. The total effective rate was 53.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had better efficacy than the control group.(3)Sweating relieving degree:After treatment(day 15)and 16 cases of the observation group was sweating, sweating slightly in 10 cases,4 cases of moderate sweating;4 cases of control group had no significant sweating, sweating slightly in 9 cases,14 cases of moderate sweating,3 cases of moderate sweating, after the chi square test, observation group and treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group compared with before treatment there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups after treatment were statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment in observation group after sweating degree significantly relieved, the control group had no obvious remission, and alleviate the degree of the observation group significantly better than the control group.(4)Antiperspirant time: The shortest antiperspirant time in the observation group was 1 day,and the longest was 14 days, with an average of 6.70±3.57 days.In the control group, the shortest antiperspirant time was 6 days and the longest was 14 days, with an average of 11.35±3.00days;There was a statistically significant difference in time(P<0.05),and the antiperspirant time was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group.(5)Improvement of the main symptom score: Both groups had a significant improvement in the score of the main symptoms(P<0.05),but the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)Improvement of secondary symptom scores: The observation group significantly improved the scores of secondary symptoms(P<0.05),and the control group had no significant improvement in secondary symptom scores(P>0.05),and the observation group had significantly better improvement of secondary symptom scores than the control group(P<0.05).(7) Improvement of KPS score: The KPS score in the observation group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).The KPS score in the control group was not significantly improved after treatment(P>0.05),and the KPS score improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Patients with malignant tumor-associated hyperhidrosis(qi-blood deficiency type)treated with Zhigancao Tang can significantly relieve sweating symptoms, shorten antiperspirant time, improve syndrome scores of qi and blood deficiency(including main symptom scores, secondary symptom scores, total symptom scores)and improve KPS scores, and is significantly superior to patients treated with oryzanol.(2)In the traditional Chinese medicine symptom,Zhigancao Tang can improve patients with sweating abnormalities, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, looking not Chinese, lazy words, anorexia, insomnia, palpitations, pale tongue, thin pulse symptoms;oryzanol can improve patients with spontaneous or night sweats, fatigue, weakness, but Zhigancao Tang the improvement is more obvious.
