The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Occipital Neuralgia Mainly By Triple Puncture Of YiMing(EX-HN14) Point

Objective:By comparing the difference in the clinical treatment effect between the triple puncture treatment of Yiming?EX-HN14?point method and the common acupuncture method in the treatment of occipital neuralgia.Objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of the triple puncture treatment of Yiming?EX-HN14?point therapy for the treatment of occipital neuralgia,in order to provide a effective treatment for occipital neuralgia.Methods:Sixty-three patients who come the criteria from the outpatient department of Wuhan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups:31 cases in the treatment group?the triple puncture treatment of Yiming point method group?and32 cases in the control group?ordinary acupuncture group?.In the first group,a total of 30 profits were included in the entire treatment of the target city,and 1 patient had to give up treatment because of fainting.A total of 30 patients in the latter group completed the treatment,and 2 the frequency was adjusted to 100 Hz.The intensity is set between the sensory threshold and the pain threshold and is also given to the conventional electromagnetic wave lamp illumination.The treatment time of each group was about 30 minutes each time,one treatment per day,six treatments for one week,and one course of treatment for one week.After two courses of treatment,the treatment effects were evaluated and counted.Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale?VAS?,headache impact assessment?HIT-6?and symptom evaluation criteria were used to compare the efficacy and analyze YiMing?EX-HN14?point acupuncture method group was lower than that of the general acupuncture treatment group,and the difference was very significant?P<0.001?.2.Headache Impact Measurement-6-Score?HIT-6?:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the triple puncture treatment of Yi Ming point?EX-HN14?method group and the general acupuncture treatment group,and there was no statistical significance?P>0.05?.After the end of the 2 treatment courses,the Headache Impact Measurement-6-Score?HIT-6?scores of the the triple puncture treatment of YiMing point?EX-HN14?method group and the general acupuncture group showed a certain decrease compared with before treatment?P<0.001?.In addition,after further comparison between the triple puncture treatment of YiMing point?EX-HN14?method group and the general acupuncture treatment group after treatment,it was found that the score of the headache-affecting-6 score?HIT-6?in the the triple puncture treatment of YiMing point?EX-HN14?method group decreased more than that of the general acupuncture treatment group.And obviously,there was statistical significance?P<0.001?.3.The apparent rate of the common acupuncture group was 76.7%,the total effective rate was 80%;the therapy group detection rate was90%and the total effective rate was 96.7%.and the difference was significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture by common treatment of YiMing point?EX-HN14?,C_4-5JiaJi point?EX-B2?,HeGu point?LI4?,according to the site involved in pain with BaiHui point?DU 20?,ShuaiGu point?GB 8?,TaiYang point?EX-HN5?,and mainly by triple puncture of YiMing?EX-HN14?point two methods can effectively improve the occipital nerve pain patient's VAS scores and HIT-6 scores,but the latter had better results.2.Acupuncture by common treatment of YiMing point?EX-HN14?,C_4-5JiaJi point?EX-B2?,HeGu point?LI4?,according to the pain involved with BaiHui point?DU 20?,ShuaiGu point?GB8?,Tai Yang point?EX-HN5?can be effective treatment of occipital neuralgia,relieve pain patients with clinical symptoms,but the clinical effect of the triple puncture treatment of YiMing point?EX-HN14?method for the treatment of this disease is more satisfactory than the previous one.3.The treatment of occipital neuralgia mainly by triple puncture of YiMing?EX-HN14?point is efficacy,convenience,and safety without adverse reactions.
