Review Of Clinical Effect About Occipital Nerve Press-Fitting Syndrome

Objective:The observation of needle knife therapy treatment against Occipital nerve press-fitting. Methods:Through the reviewing of 60 cases which separate to two groups with different method application.30 cases were applied with the combination of Needle knife therapy treatment plus partly anesthesia.30 cases with only anesthesia.The combination treatment was more advance against to the anesthesia treatment combination treatment is more advance against the other group after effective compare in group (p< 0.05) after 2 month subsequent treatment.Conclusion:The combination treatment is more advance against the other group after effective compare in Occipital neuralgia. The advantages are easy to apply, safety, high effectiveness, low treatment cost and painless etc. It was highly accepted by the population and worthlly support.
