Clinical Observation On The Function Recovery Of Elbow Joint After Internal Fixation Of Radial Head Fracture With Moxibustion

Objective:In order to better restore the function of the elbow joint after the internal fixation of radial head fracture,this topic compares the effect of moxibustion therapy and traditional therapy on the function of elbow joint after the operation of radial head fracture by prospective randomized controlled trial.And through the elbow relevant anatomy,analysis the mechanism of radial capitulum fractures,explore the moxibustion for clinical treatment of radial capitulum fracture theory to provide feasibility for postoperative application and promotion of clinical orthopedics.It provides feasibility for postoperative application and popularization of clinical orthopaedics.Methods:Through prospective randomized controlled trials,The object of the present meet inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomized into 40 cases 20 cases of the conventional random mumber table in accordance with the control group,20 cases moxibustion treatment group,40 patients were included in statistical research as an experimental case.Both groups were tested after surgery.The control group used conventional elbow joint functional exercise?oraled Lesong and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules.Treatment group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of routine elbow joint functional exercise and oraled Lesong.Follow-up of patients at 2 weeks,6 weeks,3 months and 6 months after operation.And To evaluate the patient's quality of life by using the VAS scoring standard to evaluate the patient's pain sensation in limb activity.Assessment activity after elbow surgery rehabilitation exercise in patients with modified Broberg and Morrey score standard.Results:There was significant difference(p<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the improved Broberg and Morrey scoring criteria,the Mayo Elbow score and the VAS score,which was statistically significant.In clinical curative effect,the excellent rate of treatment group is obviously higher than that of control group,which is statistically significant.COnclusions:Moxibustion therapy is more effective than conventional therapy to improve the function of the fracture of the radial head,the short-term curative effect is good,and the long-term effect needs further study.At the same time,moxibustion therapy is cheap,easy to operate,safe and easy to be accepted by patients,and it is worth applying and popularizing after clinical orthopaedics operation.
