Objective:By means of the dialectical thought from traditional Chinese medical science, the dissertation explores the method about the herbpartitioned moxibustion match up the function exercise for treating dysfunction. Sequentially,above methods can provide reason for subsequent treatment and study.Methods:The experimental objections from December,2010to December2011,they were treated in the Fuzhou General Hospital and Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital.In the meantime, they were the patients suffered elbow joint dysfunction that fitted the Inclusion criteria and Exclusion criteria.A total of40cases with elbow-joint dysfunction were randomly divided in two groups by employing the single-blind control method,namely treatment group (herbpartitioned moxibustion and Exercise therapy)20cases, control group (pute Exercise therapy)20cases.The control group were treated by Manipulative therapy,the treatment group were employed by herb-partitioned moxibustion.When teat and after teat for8weeks respectively giving a mark on Mayo Elbow-performance and the range of the knee motion.All data were processed through SPSS16.0software.Results:There exist prominent improvement in Mayo Elbow-performance Score and the range of motor after teatment8weeks from these two groups and have prominent differences contrasting before teating (P<0.05).At the same time,there exist prominent improvement in Mayo Elbow-performance Score and the range of motor after teatment from the treatment groups and have prominent differences contrasting the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with exercise therapy has prominent effects on the range of motor who suffered the elbow joint dysfunction and function of rehabilitation.
