Study On Foot Bath Combined With Acupoint Injection In Dialysis Patients With Restless Leg Syndrome

Objective to observe the foot bath joint point injection intervention in patients with restless legs syndrome symptoms improve the situation and the change of RLS doses,to alleviate the patients' pain and improve the quality of life,provide reference for clinical work.Methods 15 patients in the control group and 13 patients in the experimental group were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were consistent in basic treatment,and the basic treatment was as follows:hemodialysis patients received hemodialysis 3 times a week,while patients with abdominal dialysis received routine maintenance peritoneal dialysis 3 to 4 times a day.At the same time control blood pressure,hypoglycemia,correct anemia,correct calcium and phosphorus metabolic disorder,treatment complications and so on.The control group was given basic treatment,and light and moderate patients were not given drug treatment according to the guidelines,while the severe and extremely severe patients were given oral treatment with restless leg syndrome drugs,On the basis of the experimental group in the control group,patients with mild and moderate based on RLS rating given Chinese medicine foot bath once a day,30 minutes at a time,a total of 4 weeks,patients with severe and extreme injection given Chinese medicine foot bath combined a cobalt amine(" insurable)500 ug,bilateral gb 34 acupuncture point injection alternately,in turn,2 times a week,according to the long illness will empty injection technique is mainly used in patients with uremia and complement,2 weeks for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment.The changes of IRLS score,drug dosage and electromyogram were observed.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results 1.IRLS scores of both groups decreased after treatment,while those of the experimental group decreased significantly compared with that of the treatment group.RLS symptoms were relieved significantly,and the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.After 1 month of follow-up,the daily duration of the experimental group was significantly reduced compared with that of the control group.3.Drug dose change:one patient in the control group increased the dosage of praxol due to the aggravation of symptoms,while the drug did not change in the experimental group.4.Of the 28 patients in this study,a total of 10 subjects completed electromyogram examination.Results showed that around 10 patients,8 cases of lower limb phil shallow nerve conduction velocity(SCV),sural total nerve and tibial nerve conduction velocity(MCV)are slow,hints of peripheral nerve sex neurogenic damage.Conclusion 1.Chinese medicine foot bath can improve symptoms of restless legs syndrome in patients with mild and moderate uremia,joint point injection can improve the symptoms of severe uremia patients with restless legs syndrome,this method is safe and feasible.2.From the part of the u-RLS electromyogram in patients with abnormal,revelation u-RLS patients can appear abnormal electromyography inspection,abnormal degree and severity of RLS,course,the relationship between concurrent disease such as need to do further research.
