Hierarchical Diagnosis Perspective In Benxi Xihu Area Community Health Services Research

In 2015,"about promoting the construction of the grading system guidance" issued by our government,then "the first option at the grass-roots level,two-way referral,upper and lower linkage,slow divide and conquer " 16-character becomes the guide of the national community health service institutions,and also was regarded as the " difficulty and high cost of the doctor " a kind of important means and attention.In this article,through five parts for research.The first chapter,through the literature research to introduce the research background and significance,research ideas and research content,innovations and shortcomings,the research both at home and abroad.The second chapter,introduce relevant concepts and theories in literature research,and introduces in detail the policy basis.The third chapter,in the form of interview method induces the Xihu area the situation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in community health service institutions,found that the propulsion of Xihu area classification diagnosis and treatment work in Benxi still exist,such as the first option at the grass-roots level low outpatient rate,two-way referral little happens,the family doctor too formal signing rate is low and,through the research that the main cause of these problems are irrational staffing,hardware facilities complete,big data medical lack of practical application,the curing of residents medical treatment ideas.The fourth chapter,the Jiaozuo residents health care promote the classification diagnosis and treatment of practical experience,based on hierarchical medical health service system of Zhenjiang city of practical experience and close medical association classification diagnosis and treatment experience in Wuhan city as a typical case of Benxi and community health service with the method of comparative analysis.The fifth chapter,through comparative analysis,induces its for Benxi Xihu area community health services such as overall planning can be used for reference in order to improve the community health service,to build a high level of health personnel,strengthening the construction of informatization,increase the efficiency of the service quality and management,change management and service mode,excellent experience reasonable to carry out health education and so on.
