An Economic Analysis On Community Health Services In Kaiyuan City

Along with the development of Community Health Services (CHS), perfecting the economy support mechanism of CHS has become an important issue, which needs to be studied. The author makes a deep analysis towards the revenue sources and cost constitutes and direction of expenditure of CHS center in Kaiyuan city of Yunnan, and calculates the item cost and financing amount and compensation amount of CHS in Kaiyuan City. The results show that: The center of CHS in Kaiyuan city run in good condition and make both income and expenditure meet. The clinical service is the main revenue sources of CHS organization, and the basic medical insurance is an important financing channel of CHS organization. In the expenditure of CHS organization, expenditure for drugs and workers take up major parts. Labor wage is the biggest section of CHS cost, accounting for 54.19 percent of CHS cost. On the condition that the current amount of CHS could meet the demands of residents, the financing amount of CHS is calculated. At the same time, the author explores the reimbursement of non-medical services of CHS in Kaiyuan City, and measures the amount of government finance compensation according to the reference value of standard item cost and actual item cost. Based above the main findings, author puts forward some practical suggestions.
