Curative Effect Obvervation On The Treating Female Melasma With Acupuncture Of Regulating Triple Energizer And Surround Needling

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on female melasma treated with Acupuncture of Regulating Triple Energizer and Surround Needling and provide a clinical way to treat melisma.Methods:The 60 patients of female melasma were randomized into 30 cases of acupuncture group and 30 cases in the medication group,and the acupuncture group was applied to Danzhong(CV17),Zhongwan(CV12),Tianshu(ST25),Qihai(CV6),Guanyuan(CV4),Shuidao(ST28),Guilai(ST29)and surround needling,once a day,five times per week for the first two weeks,and then the next six weeks,the acupuncture group was treated every other day for eight weeks.The medication group was taken orally with vitamin C and vitamin E for eight weeks.Curative effects would be elevated by scoring the degree of color and the scope of covering area,and by the scoring of the drop index menstrual condition and HAMA、HAMD、SDS state,before and after all the treatments.Results:1.Overall efficacy:acupuncture group in the basic 7 patients were cured,12 cases who had marked effect,improved in 9 cases,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%.Medication group the control of basic have 5 cases cured,7 cases were markedly effective,better in 10 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 73.3%.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Skin score:acupuncture group and medication group before and after treatment,the skin color,area of melasma score and symptoms skin score was difference(P<0.01),suggesting the two groups after treatment could improve the skin color and area of melisma.The difference in area of melasma score between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).And melasma symptoms skin score and the skin color in acupuncture group was lower than that of medication group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Menstruation condition score and other three items:Menstruation condition score after treatment was declined as compared with that before treatment in the acupuncture group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).And there was no statistically significant change in the medication group(P>0.05).The HAMA,HAMD,SDS scores of acupuncture group decreased.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The HAMA,HAMD scores of medication group difference have no statistics significance(P>0.05).The SDS scores of medication group decreased,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of Regulating Triple Energizer and Surround Needling to treat the female melasma has good effect,and can improve the patient’s menstrual disorder,dysmenorrhea and other symptoms,also can adjust the mental state of the patients.
