The Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Yang Decoction On The Cycle Of Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer In Patients With Thin Endometrium

Purpose:By observing the clinical curative efficacy of nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction for sequential treatment of patients with thin endometrium on the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle,to investigate the therapeutic mechanismand of the Chinese medicine in improving the clinical outcome,and provide an effective treatment method and new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 56 thin endometrial patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,28 in each group.The treatment group was treated by herbal nourishing yin and tonifying yang for 3 menstrual cycles before entering the transplantation cycle.The endometrial thickness,morphology and volume,uterine arterial and endometrial blood flow parameters,menstrual symptoms,and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment in both groups,and the rate of embryo implantation,clinical pregnancy rate,and overall efficacy after treatment were evaluated.Results:?In the treatment group,the thickness and volume of the endometrium increased,the morphology improved,the PI and RI of the uterine artery decreased,the endometrial FI increased,the differences between the before and after were significant(P<0.05),while S/D,VI,and VFI were improved,as the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the endometrial thickness,PI,RI and FI were also significantly different(P<0.05),while the endometrial volume,morphology,S/D,VI,and VFI were no significant difference(P>0.05).The difference in endometrial thickness was significant after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).?The treatment group had lower menstrual symptoms and TCM syndrome scores after treatment,the difference before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was also significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).?After treatment,8 patients of the treatment group were pregnant,the embryo implantation rate was 27.08%,the clinical pregnancy rate was 33.33%,and the total effective rate was 82.14%.In the control group,there were 5 cases of pregnancy,and the embryo implantation rate was 23.53%,the clinical pregnancy rate was 29.41%and the total effective rate was 35.71%.The difference of the effective rate between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),the implantation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction can increase the endometrial thickness and volume of patients with thin endometrium,optimize the endometrial morphology,improve the blood perfusion of the uterine artery and endometrium.Thereby increasing the endometrial receptivity,improve menstrual symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients,increase the total effective rate of treatment,may be beneficial to the further improvement of the rate of implantation and pregnancy rate of this type of patients in transplantation cycle.
