Clinical Observation On Rehabilitation Training Combined With Jingjin Needling Method In Treatment Foot-drop After Stroke

Research objective:Observe the effect of rehabilitation training combined with Jingjin needling method on warping of post-stroke ptosis and compare the difference between it and simple Jingjin needling method,explore modern rehabilitation techniques and tendons.The combination of therapies in the clinical treatment of the dominant acupuncture moxibustion has provided new clinical ideas for the treatment of post-stroke foot drop.Research methods:The 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases each,including 15 males and 5 females in the treatment group,ranging in age from 30 to 79 years old.The control group consisted of 9 males and 11 females with an age of 40-78 Years;the course of the two groups was within 6 months;of which 26 cases of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage in 14 cases.Treatment group preclude the use of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture treatment,the control group acupuncture treatment,all selected patients according to acupuncture and moxibustion routine treatment.Two groups of patients once daily treatment,treatment 6 times a week,rest 1,continuous treatment for 3 weeks.(PROM),anterior tibial muscle strength(MMT),modified Ashworth scale(MAS)and Barthel index score(BI)of the two groups before and after treatment.All clinical data were SPSS23.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of differences.Research results:1.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of patients' age and the basic data of pre-treatment,which is comparable.There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of BI scores,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);in the MAS score,the control group had no significant effect(P>0.05).Research conclusions:Rehabilitative training combined with Jingjin needling methods and Jingjin needling methods;treatment of stroke drooping foot have curative effect,rehabilitation training combined with Jingjin needling methods in improving the patient's ankle motion,tibialis anterior muscle strength,calf triceps muscle tone,the treatment effect is excellent Jingjin needling methods treatment.The dorsiflexion angles of the two groups were improved,but there was no significant difference in the effect of rehabilitation training combined with spurs and simple spurs.In the aspect of the improvement of plantar flexion angle,the rehabilitation training combined with spurs was more effective than simple Jaw Stroke Therapy.However,in improving the activities of patients with daily activities,the two treatments no significant difference,in improving triceps muscle tone,Jingjin needling methods treatment no significant effect.
