Objective: Early rehabilitation in patients with cerebral apoplexy about 80%have different degree of disabilities on foot, or even exist about 61% of the patients with cognitive dysfunction, in patients with performance perception, memory, thinking and other obstacles, a directional force, attention, executive force, computing power, language expression and so on different degrees of decline and the declining ability of daily life. This article explores the cognitive rehabilitation training combined with the weight loss of stroke in patients with early rehabilitation training on foot when walking ability. Methods:From January 2015 to May 2015, choose eligible cerebral apoplexy patients and 20 patients were randomly divided into intervention group(cognitive rehabilitation + weight training on foot) and the control group(weight training) on foot, every 10 people in each group(n = 10). Respectively before and after treatment of 4 weeks, 8 weeks after treatment for patients with out the evaluation scale, simple intelligent mental state examination(MMSE) score, the lower limb Fugl- Meyer(FMA) score and functional classification(FAC) score on foot, Berg balance scale(BBS) score and 10 metres maximum speed(10 MWT) score. Results: 1. The intervention group patients after 8 weeks of cognitive rehabilitation in a row, the cognitive ability in 8 weeks after treatment than before treatment significantly improve, very significant difference(P < 0.01);2. Before 4 weeks after treatment and treatment, 8 weeks after treatment with 4weeks and 8 weeks treatment before and after treatment, the FAC BBS score, score,FMA score, 10 MWT scores for the experimental group and intervention group increased, with significant difference(P < 0.05), in which the change of the intervention group increase amplitude is bigger.3. To merge with cognitive and walking obstacle of cerebral apoplexy patients, using cognitive rehabilitation training combined with weight walking training can effectively improve the walking ability of patients. Conclusion: 1. Cognitive rehabilitation training on the existence of cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy cognitive ability improved;2. Weight training on foot to walk obstacles walking ability in patients with cerebral apoplexy, walking speed, athleticism, and balance ability improved;3. Merge the cognitive dysfunction and dysfunction of cerebral apoplexy patients on foot, walking training in the use of cognitive rehabilitation training combined with weight loss than just using the weight loss walking training to improve their ability to walk faster.
