Objective:1.To study the characteristics of surface electromyography in health people and establish normal reference range of related myoelectric activity when maximum isometric voluntary contraction of ankle dorsiflexors and plantarflexors.2.To study the clinical effects of based on the method of surface electromyography test guide acupuncture point treatment foot dop after cerebral stroke in the recovery phase and providing a method to choose acupuncture point of more objective and direct to treatment foot dop after cerebral stroke.Methods:1.Chapter one 110 healthy adult volunteers were recruited during Septembe2015 to December 2015.After signed informed consent,all volunteers were done surface electromyography in the electromyogram room in Department of AMR of TCM-integrated cancer center of southern medical university.2.Randomly allocate the 42 patients who conform to both the diagnosis and acceptance standards of foot drop after cerebral stroke in the recovery phase to treatment group and control group according to visiting and accepting sequences,21 patients in each group.The treatment group were treated by based on the method of surface electromyography test guide acupuncture point treatment and foundation treatment,while the control group were only treated by foundation treatment.total treatment for 12 days.Integrated electromyogramscore,functional ambulation category scale score and Fugl-Meyer score oflower limb were assessed in the two groups before andafter treatment,The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:1.Normal reference rangeforintegral electrical values when maximum isometric voluntary contraction of ankle dorsiflexors and plantarflexors in health people was established.The all tests showed that the ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion movement mode,the tibialis anterior muscle and long peroneal muscle,short tibial muscle and gastrocnemius integral electrical values among different age groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).At the same muscles ankle movement pattern,left and right side and different gender of the integral electrical value was also no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The i EMG of tibialis anterior muscle and long peroneal muscle,short tibial muscle were(77.87±10.78 ? 60.20±9.71 ? 50.34±6.68)u V?s and(33.34±4.33 ? 31.28±4.24 ? 23.41±2.75)u V?s,The i EMG of inside and outside of gastrocnemius were(63.42±9.73 ? 61.73±10.67)u V?s and(26.78±3.69 ? 31.18±4.44)u V?s,Fugl-Meyer score oflower limb were(17.86±2.31)and(22.29±3.35),Functional ambulation category scale score were(1.48±0.60)and(2.48±0.93)for observationgroup and control group.The results in the treatment group were superior to the control group,there were significant differences in all scores after treatmentbetween two groups(P<0.05).And in the treatment group,the totel effective rate was 90.47%,which was better than 71.42% in the control group.Conclusion:1.The s EMG data of maximum isometric voluntary contraction of ankle dorsiflexors and plantarflexors in health people got in this study may be used to provide reference for lower limb function in health people in the future.2.Based on the method of surface electromyography test guide acupuncture point treatment can improve ankle dorsiflexion Angle,lower limb motor function and walking ability,improving the clinical curative effect of foot drop after cerebral stroke in the recovery phase.And providing a method of more objective and more direct choose acupuncture point for acupuncture.
