The Clinical Observation With Shugan Yangxue Therapy On Mild And Moderate Depression In Patients With Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shugan Yangxue Therapy on mild and moderate depression in patients with Stagnation of Liver-qi type,by comparing the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment,the comparison of various scale scores,to further explore the clinical curative effect of Shugan Yangxue Therapy in the treatment of depression,and explore new ideas for the Chinese medicine treatment of depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients with mild-to-moderate depression and stagnation of Liver-qi type who were admitted to Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM from April 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each.In the control group,flupenthixol,melitracen(produced by Danish Lingbei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,under the trade name of Deanxit)was orally administered in the morning and at noon each time(elderly patients taking 1 tablet in the morning).The experimental group took Shugan Yangxue Tang(drug composition of vinegar Bupleurum 6g,Semen Zizyphi Sspinosae 30g,Radices Paeoniae Alba 10g,Angelica 10g,Flos Albiziae 30g,Scutellaria baicalensis 10g,Mint 5g,Poria 15g,Licorice 5g),a daily dose of decoction 200ml Serve sooner or later.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks,and other antidepressants or antipsychotics were not given at the same time.Observations included biological indicators(gender,age,ethnicity,etc.),efficacy indicators(HAMD score,TCM syndrome score and PSQI score),safety indicators(general items,blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,ECG,etc.).The results of the two groups were observed and compared,and the SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The improvement of the disease effect:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,and the control group was 80%.The HAMD score and HAMD reduction rate of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the experimental group was similar to that of the control group.(2)The improvement of sleep disorders:Experimental group was 80.8%,37.5%in the control group,the PSQI scores and PSQI of the two groups before and after treatment,the reduction rate of analysis was statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating improvement in sleep disorders in experimental group than in control group.(3)TCM symptoms:The total efficiency of experimental group was 90%,66.7%in the control group,the symptom score and TCM syndrome curative effect comparison,was statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the experimental group in improving TCM syndrome has advantages compared with the group control.The difference was statistically significant effect of emotional depression,good sigh,insomnia,irritability four syndromes comparison of two groups(P<0.05),indicating the efficacy of the experimental group than the control group;and the other five syndromes curative effect comparison of two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the two groups equivalent effect.(4)Safety analysis:There was no significant difference in safety index between the two groups before and after treatment.There was no adverse drug reaction during the medication in the experimental group.In the control group,1 patient had symptoms of upset,and 1 patient had dry mouth symptoms.Conclusion:The use of Shugan Yangxue Therapy of mild to moderate depression in patients with stagnation of Liver-qi type better overall efficacy,especially in improving sleep disorders and other stagnation of Liver-qi type symptoms associated with significant effect,and medicinal safety,fewer adverse reactions,having some reference and promotion value in clinical practice.
