Study On Pharmaceutical Welfare Effect Evaluation Of Chronic Disease Patients In 10 Provinces Based On Topsis Methods And Promotion Strategies

The characteristics of chronic diseases determine that patients need long-term medication.The unreasonable growth of drug fees and the high price of drugs make the burden of drug expenses on chronic diseases increasingly heavy.In this context,the construction of the evaluation index system of drug welfare effect for patients with chronic diseases in China is a realistic problem to be solved urgently.The purpose of this study is to draw lessons from the relevant theories of welfare economics,and take the drug welfare effect(drug accessibility effect,drug price effect,drug fairness effect,drug health effect)as the breakthrough point.The main contents are as follows:(1)The theoretical research on the welfare of the patients with chronic diseases based on welfare economics is carried out through the study of the welfare economics theory.(2)On the basis of a large number of literature,the evaluation index system of drug welfare effect for patients with chronic diseases was established.(3)Using Delphi expert consultation method for screening and correction of the primary index,further improve the index system,the evaluation index system of drug benefits the final form of the four dimensions of drug effect,and the price effect,equity effect,health effects,calculating the weight coefficient by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(4)Through the questionnaire survey,collectdata,according to the reliability and validity test results,improve the drug welfare evaluation index system for patients with chronic diseases.(5)Comprehensive evaluation index data using the TOPSIS method to collect the key factors to explore the impact of chronic disease drug formulation and the welfare effect of the patients with chronic diseases and drug welfare effects to provide scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to promote strategy,meet the chronic disease increasing health care needs,promote the pharmaceutical market price a reasonable level,reduce the unreasonable medical burden of patients,which has important significance to enhance human health services.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The evaluation index system of the drug welfare effect of the patients with chronic diseases is more scientific.(2)Discrete variables such as age,occupation,education level,family average monthly income and insured type have influence on the welfare effect of chronic disease patients.(3)There are great differences in drug benefits between chronic diseases among different regions.The drug welfare effect of patients with chronic diseases in eastern and central regions is significantly better than that in western regions.
