The Experimental Research For Effects Of Fu Cong Tablets On Animal Model Of Tinnitus

Objective:To study the effects of Fu Cong tablets on animal model of tinnitus and to provided experimental data for treating tinnitus with Fu Cong tablets in clinic.Methods:40 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: salicylate(Ⅰ),FuCong tablets(Ⅱ),Erlongzuoci pills(Ⅲ) and saline control group(Ⅳ).After conditioned reflex was established successfully by feeding inhibition, Animals in GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere subcutaneously injected with sodium salicylate 350mg/kg/d,and respectively were received normal saline,FuCong tablets and Erlongzuoci pills decoction 2ml by gavage, Two hours before training per day. Instead,equivalent volume normal Saline was administrated to Animals in control group(Ⅳ), The time of conditioned reflex vanishing was written down by calculating feeding rate (R value).Results:Animal'feeding recovered to pre-training levels respectively at following days:GroupⅠ2.8±0.63 days, GroupⅡ4.6±0.84 days, GroupⅢ3.9±0.74 days, GroupⅣ7.7±0.82 days.There were much significant differences among the groups (F test P<0.05). Conclusions:1 Fu Cong tablets and Erlongzuoci pills can attenuate the tinnitus induced by salicylate.2 The curative effects of Fu Cong tablets is superior to Erlongzuoci pills on tinnitus induced by salicylate.
