Objective:To observe the effects of exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on middle aged and elderly PCI postoperative CHD patients in exercise cardiopulmonary function, psychological cognitive state and quality of life and clear the comprehensive curative effect of combined treatment on aged and elderly PCI postoperative CHD patients.Method:Forty-five PCI postoperative CHD patients were randomly assigned to control group A(n=15),exercise training group B(n=15),exercise training combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group C(n=15).All the patients adopted the routine medication management.Group B adopted the exercise training including aerobic training and resistant training 3 times a week for 12 weeks.Additionally, patients are also engaged in health education program, healthy lifestyle guidance program and psychological counseling program.Group C adopted the heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment 6 times a week for 12 weeks and then had the same intervention with group B.All paticents were evaluated with exercise cardiopulmonary function including peak VE,VO2/HR,OUES,peak V02,peak Power,METS.The health-related quality of life is assessed by SF-36 questionnaire from 8 aspects before and after 12 weeks.Psychological cognitive state is assessed by MoCA and RBANS.Result:1.After treatment, group A had varying degrees of decline in exercise capacity and RBANS scores(P<0.05)and group A also had decline in Body Pain(BP)and Mental Health(MH)(P<0.05).Cardiopulmonary function and MoCA scores had no significant change(P>0.05).2.After treatment, group B had better improvements in exercise cardiopulmonary function,RBANS scores and MoCA scores than group A and itself(P<0.05).Moreover,group B also had better improvements in Physical Functioning(PF),Mental Health(MH),Role Physical(RP),Role-Emotional(RE)than group A and itself(P<0.05).3.After treatment, group C had most significant improvements in exercise cardiopulmonary function than group A and itself(P<0.05),and better than group B in peak VE,VO2/HR,OUES(P<0.05).Group C had remarkable improvements in all the 8 aspects of SF-36 than group A and itself(P<0.05),and better than group B in Body Pain(BP),Mental Health(MH)and Role-Physical(RP)(P<0.05).Group C also had better improvements in RBANS scores and MoCA scores than group A?B and itself(P<0.05)(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with cardiac rehabilitation or cardiac rehabilitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion, conventional drug treatment can not obviously improve the exercise cardiopulmonary function, psychological cognitive state and quality of life in middle aged and elderly PCI postoperative CHD patients.2.Exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion have better improvements of exercise cardiopulmonary function, psychological cognitive state and quality of life than single exercise training in middle aged and elderly PCI postoperative CHD patients.
