Sijunzi Decoction And Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflex Clinical Observation Of Disease(Spleen Deficiency Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective: Use Sijunzi Decoction and Wendan Decoction to treat patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(spleen deficiency,dampness and heat syndrome),and observe its clinical efficacy and safety;Methods: Ninety-six patients from the Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the criteria for gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules combined with domperidone tablets.The treatment group was given Sijunzi Decoction and Wendan Decoction addition and subtraction on the basis of the control group.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores and esophageal mucosal healing of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 was used for data analysis to evaluate Sijunzi Decoction and Wen Clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Dantang;Result: 1.From the TCM symptom score table,it can be seen that after treatment,the two groups of single TCM symptoms are compared: heartburn,chest pain,belching,and fullness symptoms,indicating that the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group alone have the same effect to improve heartburn,chest pain,belching,and fullness symptoms(P> 0.05);after treatment,the two groups have acid reflux,bitter or sticky mouth,abdominal distension after eating,abdominal cavity pain,loss of appetite,fatigue and weakness,stool symptoms(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant,indicating the therapeutic effect of the treatment group Better than the control group;2.From the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups,the comparison within the group after treatment(P<0.05)shows that the two groups of drugs have therapeutic effects on gastroesophageal reflux disease with spleen deficiency,dampness and heat;from the histogram of the total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than that of the simple western medicine group;3.Efficacy comparison of esophageal mucosa between the two groups of patients after treatment: 91.30% in the treatment group and 86.36% in the control group.After the rank sum test(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance,and there was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups;4.Total effective rate: 86.60% in the treatment group and 73.30% in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion: The effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with Wendan decoction combined with Western medicine on GERD with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type is better than that of Western medicine group,and there are no obvious toxic and side effects.
