Applied Research Of Color Doppler In The Curative Effect Appraisal With The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Chinese Traditional Medicine

Object: Through the analysis of the characteristic of the color Doppler observation index in the Chinese traditional medicine treatment in hyperplasia of mammary glands, probing into the mutative rule of various index,and the curative effect appraisal system of Chinese medicine treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands should be enriched. Method: 136 patients who suffering from hyperplasia of mammary glands with phlegm and blood stasis were stochastically divided into two groups.The symptom around the treatment, the integral of the objective sign,the laboratory examination and the color Doppler various index should be recorded. After the evaluation of clinical curative effect, the change of various targets of color Doppler in the different curative effect group and between the groups should be contrasted. Results: The color Doppler image mostly concentrates in II (accounts for 80.9%), of which the blood stream signal display rate is 51.4%,the blood stream signal mostly is I level (accounts for 77.1%), the blood stream maximum speed around the block or the internal is 9.39±1.30cm/s, the resistance index is 0.45±0.12 and the pulsates index is 1.01±0.21.The change of the image of color Doppler,gland thickness, the gland structure, the block diameter, the expansive pipe diameter, the maximum bloodstream speed and the change of resistance index may manifest the curative effect, and the various sensitive index will be descending tendency by'excellence-dfficiency-inefficacy'in different curative effect group. Conclusion: Color Doppler has provided the objective target for the research of the pattern of syndrome and the curative effect appraisal in the hyperplasia of mammary glands.
