ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and safety of Sang Ju Shen Mai Tang in the treatment of post-infection cough(wind-heat-yin deficiency syndrome).Through the treatment of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment, cough intensity, laboratory tests and other related indicators,to further verify the feasibility and advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of post-infection cough.Methods1.Selection of 66 patients with post-infection cough who met the criteria for inclusion, each with a duration of 3 to 8 weeks; The patients were all treated in the Hubei hospital Of traditional Chinese medicine between 2016 and 2017,35 in treatment group and 31 in control group. The data of sex, age, course of disease and TCM symptom score of the two groups were not statistically different and comparable(P>0.05).2.The treatment group was treated with Sang Ju Shen Mai Tang made from decoction granules,2 bags per day,1 bag each time, and warm water rushed to take combined compound methoxyphenamine capsules(trade name Asimu,First Sankyo Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)for treatment.3 times a day,2 tablets each time. The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsules,3 times a day,2 capsules each time. Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment was completed.Patients in the two groups during the medication, pay attention to keep warm, proper rest, light diet, fasting spicy, cold, greasy and other over-stimulating food, smoking alcohol, keep the mood happy.3.Efficacy criteria: Main clinical symptoms improved, symptom scores decreased by ? 95%;Significantly effective: Major clinical symptoms improved, symptom scores decreased by ? 70%;Improvement: Major clinical symptoms improved, symptom scores decreased by?30%,and<70%;Invalid: no improvement in clinical symptoms, symptom score decreased by <30 %.4.Statistical analysis method: using Microsoft Excel to establish a database, using statistical software spss17.0 for statistical analysis of data, cou;nt data using a percentage rate, measurement data were normality test,in line with the normal distribution or approximately normal distribution,Using the t-test,non-parametric tests are used if they do not meet the normal distribution.Rank data are compared using rank sum tests.Categorical variable data is tested using the X2 test.Calculate the correlation coefficient and test whether there is a statistically significant value,P <0.05 for the test was statistically significant,P> 0.05 for the difference was not statistically significant.Results1.In this study,9 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. The overtly effective rate was 62.86%,and the total effective rate was 85.71%.In the control group,7 cases were cured, and 9 cases were markedly effective.Cases, invalid 8 cases, the more obvious rate of 51.61%,the total effective rate was 74.19%.2.The scores of TCM symptom scores after treatment in both groups were different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Both groups of drugs had effect on the treatment of post-infection cough. The curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of safety, the results of the treatment showed that there was no significant change in the vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and body temperature before and after treatment, and no abnormality due to drug was found in the blood routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram.ConclusionSangju Shen Mai Tang combined with methoxyphenamine is an effective method for the treatment of post-infection cough(wind-heat syndrome),which can reduce and eliminate the symptoms of cough, expectoration, itchy throat, hoarseness, and night sweats.Effectively improving people's quality of life is a worthwhile treatment.
