Clinical Observation Of Four-Valiant Decoction For Well-Being In The Treatment Of Lupus Nephritis At Mild To Moderate Level

Objective:To observ effect and safety of Four-Valiant Decoction for Well-Being combined in the treatment of Lupus Nephritis at mild to moderate level,to provide clinical evidences for the treatment of lupus nephritis.Method:This research Gui meets the requirements of 60 patients with lupus nephritis patients,all from the first hospital in wuhan renal physician,outpatient and inpatient,li rheumatism lead research into Gui cases of 2015.10 ~ 2017.10.To include observation cases in accordance with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,Both groups of patients were treated with conventional hormone(oral prednisone)combined with cyclophosphamide,and were treated with symptomatic support.On this basis,the treatment group was given a traditional Chinese medicine decoction with a dose of 4 miaoyang decoction,with 1 month as a course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment.Observe and record the two groups before treatment and after treatment laboratory indexes(including: the 24 h urine protein,urine red blood cell count,quantitative blood albumin,hemoglobin,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,C3,blood sedimentation,immunological indexes,etc.),the SLEDAI score,clinical symptoms,improve the syndromes and adverse reactions,etc,and statistical analysis,evaluate its clinical effectiveness and safety of the treatment group.Result:1.A total of 60 cases were collected,30 patients in the control group and the treatment group,and there was no statistically significant difference in the gender distribution between the two groups,indicating that the gender distribution of the two groups was comparable.The minimum age of the treatment group was 19 years old,the oldest was 56 years old,and the mean age was(36.21 ± 13.12).The minimum age of the control group was 18 years old,the oldest was 55 years old,and the mean age was(34.15±12.35).There was no statistically significant difference in age distribution between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the age distribution of the two groups was comparable.2.When two groups of patients into groups in the median duration,SLEDAI average integral,TCM syndrome integral,24 h,urine red blood cell count,serum creatinine,C3 has no obvious difference(P >0.05).3 The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 73.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P < 0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating that the disease effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment.4 The TCM syndromes and SLEDAI scores of the two groups were lower than those in the group,and the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment group,(P>0.05)and the difference was statistically significant.5 Observing cut-off,two groups of 24 patients with quantitative urine protein,urine red blood cell count,hemoglobin,albumin,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen into the group had improved significantly(P < 0.05),and the treatment group at 24 quantitative urine protein,urine red blood cell count,hemoglobin,albumin improved better than that in control group,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.6 Both groups showed significant improvement in blood sedimentation and complement C3(P <0.05).There was no significant decrease in the positive rate of ds-DNA positive rate and anti-sm antibody in the two groups(P >0.05).At the end of the observation,there was no significant difference between the above indexes.7 The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion:The efficiency of Four-Valiant Decoction for Well-Being com bined with western medicine in the treatment of Lupus Nephritis is better than the single western medicine therapy,especially in controlling the activity of disease,improving TCM symptoms and Reduce the SLEDAI score,improving hematuria,proteinuria,anemia,hypoalbuminemia,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.Chinese traditional medicine can synergize western medicine,and the safety is high,worthy of clinical promotion.
