Analysis And Clinical Study Of The Pathogenesis For Premature Ejaculation Based On TCM Literature Of The Ming And Qing Dynasties

PE is a common and frequently occurring disease in the male family.It not only affects the physical and mental health of men,but also endangers the harmony of husband and wife and the harmony of the family.So far,the medical community has not reached a consensus on the causes of premature ejaculation,and the traditional views are mostly considered to be related to mental and psychological factors.Therefore,the western medicine oral administration of antidepressants in the treatment of premature ejaculation was entrusted with the task,but the side effects of these drugs,after discontinuation of relapse and other issues are to be solved.effect of Chinese medicine treatment of premature ejaculation,this medicine is perhaps the opportunity to emerge in the treatment of premature ejaculation,the Ming and Qing Dynasties not only doctors come forth in large numbers,good at summing up their experience and innovation,and the world literature is complete,so choose it as the time range of literature research.This study is based on the summarization of TCM literature in the Ming and qing dynasties on the pathogenesis of premature ejaculation,and it is confirmed by clinical observation of two groups of premature ejaculation before and after treatment.ObjectiveSummary of the Ming and Qing Dynasties of Chinese literature on the PE in disease treatment,to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of PE,and modern clinical PE patients combining with PE for " fire excess from Yin deficiency" and "non-consolidation of kidney qi" two syndromes of Chinese medicine treatment,clinical observation,further confirmed the validity Chinese medicine intervention.MethodAnalysis of the pathogenesis of the Chinese literature in the Ming and Qing Dynasties of Ming and Qing Dynasties premature ejaculation,summed up drug laws for the treatment of premature ejaculation,and combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment by tutor experience,explore the modern PE common syndromes and prescription characteristics,and summed up the PE " fire excess from Yin deficiency" and " non-consolidation of kidney qi" two syndromes and two prescriptions(Zhibaidihuang Decoction,Jinsuogujing Decoction)respectively,Differentiation of syndrome differentiation,In November 2015 to March 2018,hubei university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of hubei province meal phoenix outpatient service included in the standard of curative effect observation of 60 patients for 8 weeks,based on the TCM symptom integral,CIPE to 5 score,IELT time indicators before and after its contrast,such as establishing a database,for statistical analysis.ResultIn 1.the average latency of ejaculation((?)±s),group A: before treatment,the average latency of ejaculation((?)±s)was 0.86 ± 0.29,8 weeks after the treatment,the average latency of ejaculation((?)±s)was 2.70 ± 0.36,and the average latency of ejaculation before treatment((?)±s)compared with obvious difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);group B: before treatment,the average latency of ejaculation((?)±s)was 0.68 ± 0.3,8 weeks after the treatment,the average latency of ejaculation((?)±s)was 2.62 ± 1.77,and the average ejaculation before treatment the incubation period((?)±s)compared with the obvious difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In 2.the average CIPE-5 score((?)±s),A group: the average CIPE-5 score before treatment((?)±s)was 24.21 ± 2.36,8 weeks after the treatment,the average CIPE-5 score((?)±s)was 41.50 ± 3.45,and the average CIPE-5 score before treatment((?)±s)compared with obvious difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);group B: the average CIPE-5 score before treatment((?)±s)was 20.48 ± 3.78,8 weeks after the treatment,the average CIPE-5 score((?)±s)was 37.62 ± 7.70,and the average score of CIPE-5 treatment before((?)±s)comparison has obvious difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In 3.the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s),group A: before treatment,the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)for 8.99 ± 1.65,after 8 weeks of treatment,the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)for 6.44 ± 1.33,treatment the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)compared with obvious difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);group B: before treatment,the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)for 8.59 ± 1.45,after 8 weeks of treatment,the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)4.79 ± 1.89 before and after treatment,the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)compared with obvious difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).conclusionA,B before and after treatment in the two groups the average latency of ejaculation((?)±s),the average CIPE-5 score((?)±s)and the average scores of TCM symptoms((?)±s)and significant differences were statistically significant.Therefore,in clinical use of Chinese medicine "Zhibaidihuang Decoctionmodified " and " Jinsuogujing Decoction modified” for treatment of premature ejaculation were"fire excess from Yin deficiency"and"non-consolidation of kidney qi"syndromes respectively,curative effect is distinct.
