Study On The Characteristics And Regularities Of Dan'an Cheng's Differentiating And Treating Febrile Diseases With Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective:Dan'an Cheng is a famous acupuncturist and typhus in modern times.He is proficient in acupuncture therapy and is good at using classical prescriptions.Cheng is good at using acupuncture to treat various kinds of Febrile Diseases,formed his unique way of discriminating for treatment.This paper intends to study the characteristics and regularities of Dan'an Cheng's differentiating and treating Febrile Diseases with acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation,and to explore the theory of Cheng's applying acupuncture to syndrome differentiation.In order to enrich and improve the acupuncture academic of treatise on Febrile Diseases and to guide the clinical application of acupuncture.Methods:Using the method of literature comparison and analysis,this paper will systematically and deeply analyze Cheng's academic works of Febrile Diseases,such as“ A new note on the theory of Febrile Diseases(with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment)” and “shallow solution of acupuncture for the Febrile Diseases” etc.Summarize the characteristics of Cheng's acupuncture therapy for Febrile Diseases.Using data mining technology,analyze the data of the diseases of the six meridians,to summarize the characteristics of Cheng's acupuncture treatment for the diseases of the six meridians.Combine with the characteristics of Cheng's acupuncture for the discriminating and treatment of Febrile Diseases and diseases of the six meridians,Refining and summarizing the regular pattern of Cheng's treatment for Febrile Diseases with acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation.Results:The characteristics of Dan'an Cheng's differentiating and treating febrile diseases and syndromes with acupuncture and moxibustion:(1)The acupoint selection of differentiation and treatment of Guizhi Decoction,such as Feng Chi,Feng Fu,Wai Guan,Hegu and tou Wei,are aimed at dispersing exterior pathogenic factors.Most of the remaining Guizhi Decoction syndromes were changed on the basis of addition and subtraction of the acupoints.For the treatment of Yang deficiency syndrome,such as Guizhi licorice decoction,moxibustion is the main method.Although there is no intention to add or subtract points,it does not violate the law of Zhong jing's method of warming Yang.(2)The acupoint selection of differentiation and treatment of Mahuang decoction,such as He Gu,Jing Qu,in order to play the function of the perspiration and dispersal of the evil.Daqinglong decoction and Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrimes were changed on the basis of addition and subtraction of the acupoints,the treatment of meridian differentiation and treatment,it complements and perfects the content of acupuncture and moxibustion,which conforms to the differentiation and treatment of Zhongjing,and forms a systematic theory of acupuncture and moxibustion for the differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases.In this study,the law of Dan'an Cheng's acupuncture and moxibustion for differentiation and treatment of typhoid syndrome is summed up in the following three aspects: 1,acupuncture and medicine treatment,rational and consistent;2,differentiation and treatment of typhoid,acupuncture and medicine are appropriate;3,care for stomach qi,good to use Yangming.In a word,this study shows Cheng's inheritance and innovation for Zhong Jing's acupuncture and moxibustion science,which has certain guiding significance for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion to treat febrile diseases.
