Objective:By observing the clinical effect of "Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction" in preventing postoperative deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs after hip operation,making a probe further into the therapeutic value and mechanism of "Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction" in preventing postoperative deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities after hip surgery.Methods:Filter 90 cases from***hospital,which was operated on hip surgery,randomly divided into Group A:"Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction" group and Group B:"Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction" combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium group.Group C:low molecular weight heparin sodium group.Each group had 30 patients.The three groups had the same basic prevention measures.The patients were admitted to hospital and 12 hours before surgery.The three groups of A,B,and C drug prevention measures were the same as those in this group(disabled 12 hours before surgery).The indicators of the three groups of patients were observed before treatment and 1 day,1 week,and 2 weeks after the operation(drainage drainage in 48 hours,the degree of menstrual changes in the affected limbs,whether or not bleeding,gastrointestinal bleeding,PLT,PT,Whether the APTT,TT,D-dimer,HGB,and thrombosis were present or not,and if B-ultrasound was performed for thrombosis,SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the general data(sex,age,age distribution,Wells score distribution,distribution of surgical modalities,etc.)among the three groups of cases(P>0.05),and they were all comparable.2.For hip replacement and head replacement,the postoperative drainage volume in group C was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Although the value was slightly higher than that in group A,P>0.05;three groups of drainage after PFNA surgery Quite(P>0.05).3.On the 14th day after surgery,the swelling of the three groups with different surgical methods basically subsided,and the difference in circumference was about 2.0 cm.There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups at the same time point in the calf circumference and the number of swollen limbs in each group(P>0.05).4.Coagulation and fibrinolysis indicatorsWhen the Wells score was low,the index of coagulation and fibrinolysis after the hip had a small change.When the Wells score was moderately critical,the index was stable on the 14th day after surgery.The FIB values of the three groups were lower than before surgery.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the Wells score was high risk,on the 14th day after surgery,the APTT values of the three groups were lower than before surgery(P<0.05 for group A and C,P>0.05 for group B),and the FIB value was lower than the 7th day after operation.,compared with preoperative P<0.05;5.D-2 merPatients with different Wells scores had different levels of postoperative D-2mer elevation.The overall trend was peak on the 1st postoperative day(P<0.05),followed by a downward trend,and the index on the 14th postoperative day was repeated:The D-2mer scores of all risk groups in the group were significantly lower than those on the 1st and 7th days after surgery(P<0.05).Among them,high-risk rating patients fell below the preoperative level(P<0.05);Preoperatively,the values of the moderate-risk patients in the A and C groups were still high(P<0.05),and the D-2 concentrations in the intermediate-risk patients in the B group were comparable to the preoperative levels(P=0.157>0.05).6.HemorheologyAt 14 days after surgery,except for group B,plasma viscosity,three groups of whole blood viscosity high cut index,and group C whole blood viscosity low cut index surgery,and the combination of them can be used to increase the Wells score for the intermediate and high-risk patients FIB,plasma viscosity and other numerical decline,making APTT The value tends to
