Clinical Research On Lower Limbs Deep Venous Thrombosis After The Surgery Low Molecular Heparin Prevention Great Saphenous Vein High Ligation And Stripping

Objective:Purpose: research on the curative effect of concurrent deep venous thrombosis after low molecular heparin prevention great saphenous vein High ligation and stripping; provide theoretical basis whether the Prophylactic anticoagulation drugs can be used after the operative treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein.Method: Method: First, select the inpatient from January 2013- January 2016 in our hospital cardiovascular surgery, total 129 hospitalized cases are in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and suitable for this task. Divide these cases randomly into 67 heparin group and 67 no heparin group. All patients sign an informed consent form. Surgical treatment is in strict accordance with standard surgery. The comparison group only gives vascular dilation drug three days after the great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping surgery. Except same conditions, the heparin group will get low molecular heparin calcium subcutaneous injection as well. Through comparing the number of deep venous thrombosis, the number of incision dressing errhysis, the number of incision hemorrhage, the changes of D-dipolymer before and after surgery in both groups, then utilize SPSS software to work out statistical analysis, and get conclusion.Result: Process data with Statistical method, utilize SPSS statistical software to analyze data obtained, all measurement data use average number ± standard deviation(x ± s), adopt the t of two samples to test; count data uses χ2 of two samples to test, standards takes α=0.05,P<0.05, available statistical significance.Conclusion:(1) Low molecular heparin calcium can be use in the anticoagulant therapy after the surgery varicosis of great saphenous vein.(2) Low molecular heparin calcium can effectively prevent the deep venous thrombosis after the varicosis of great saphenous vein.
