Observation On The Curative Efficacy Of Tuihuangsan Combinde With Celecoxib For The Swelling And Pain Of Acute Gout Arthritis

Objective:Expore the clinical efficacy of Tuihuangsan Combinde with Celecoxib for the swelling and pain of Acute Gout Arthritis.Methods:Patients were derivd in our hosipital from October 2016 to October 2017,meet the criteria of 60 cases in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Using randomized grouping method,according to the treatment method is divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 30 cases.Two groups were given the following treatment:The control group was treated with celecoxib,200mg each time,2 times/d,oral,the treatment time is 14d.The experimental group was treated with the same method,at the same time,to apply Tuihuangsan on the affected area,1 times/d,the treatment time is 14d.Respectively,after the first 1,3,7,14 dayes of blood bank CRP,ESR,and at the same time,recording the pain score of VAS,the score of the redness and swelling of the affected part,the score of the activity of the affected joints.Observe and record the relevant evaluation indexes of each stage,obtain datas with SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis,and set P<0,05 has statistical significance.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups(P>0.05),the results are comparable.2.The two groups:on the first day,there was no significant difference in VAS pain score,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the third,seventh,fourteenth days,the test group's VAS pain score were lower than that of the control group,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.05);on the first day,there was no significant difference in CRP levels,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the third,seventh,fourteenth days,the test group of the level of CRP was lower than that of the control group,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.05);on the first day,there was no significant difference in ESR levels,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the third,seventh,fourteenth days,the test group of the level of ESR was lower than that of the control group,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.05);on the first day,there was no significant difference between the score of the redness and swelling of the affected part,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the third,seventh,fourteenth days,the score of the redness and swelling of the affected part of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.05);on the first day,there was no significant difference between the score of the activity of the affected joints,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the third,seventh,fourteenth days,the score of the activity of the affected joints of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.05);3.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect:the test group was better than that of thecontrol group,there was statistical significance in the differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Tuihuangsan combined with celecoxib in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can improve joint pain and reduce joint swelling better.
