Effect Of Acupoint Injection Of Astragalus Injection For Hyperlipemia Of Excessive Dampness Due To Spleen Deficiency

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Astragalus injection on hyperlipemia caused by spleen deficiency and wet type.Methods Sixty patients with spleen deficiency and wet type hyperlipidemia collected at clinic were randomly divided into acupoint injection group(test group)and oral atorvastatin calcium tablet group(control group),30 cases in each group.Experimental group:Acupoint injection of Astragalus Injection 2ml was performed on both sides of the subject's Fenglong points,once every other day,7 times(14th)for 1 course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment(cumulative 28 days).Control group:30 subjects were treated with oral atorvastatin calcium tablets once daily for 28 consecutive days.The values of TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C in the two groups were recorded before treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,and 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,urea,creatinine were recorded before and after treatment.Creatine kinase,creatine phosphate isoenzyme.After the above data collection was completed,IBM SPSS 22.0 was used for balance,validity,comparison of differences,and correlation analysis.Results1.Compared with before treatment,the HDL-C value of the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.05);the HDL-C value of the control group did not change significantly before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).).There was a statistically significant difference in the HDL-C values between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).2.Compared with before treatment,the TC values in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the TC values in the two groups(P>0.05).0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,the TG and LDL-C values in the treatment group and the control group were all significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The TG and LDL-C values in the control group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the end of treatment,there was no significant difference in the increase of TC value in the treatment group(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the increase of TC value in the control group(P<0.05).The TG and LDL-C values were significantly higher in the group and between the groups at 4 weeks after the end of treatment(P<0.05).5.The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased significantly,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The therapeutic index of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy index in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).6.Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the ALT,AST,BUN,Cr,CK,CK-MB values between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).7.In the control group,1 case of ALT increased after treatment,and it dropped to normal one week after drug withdrawal.No adverse reactions were reported in the treatment group.Conclusions1.Acupoint injection of Huangqi injection can make TC,TG,LDL-C decrease,and HDL-C increase.And the effect of increasing HDL-C is better than that of atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the effect of reducing TC is equivalent to that of atorvastatin calcium tablets.2.Acupoint injection of Huangqi injection has better effect on long-term control of TC than atorvastatin calcium tablets.3.Acupoint injection of Huangqi injection was superior to atorvastatin calcium tablets in the intervention of TCM syndromes of hyperlipidemia with spleen deficiency.
