Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Injection Of Astragalus Membranaceus Injection In The Treatment Of Diabetic Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint injection of Astragalus Membranaceus Injection on lower limb vascular ischemia in patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,and to explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Astragalus membranaceus on diabetic lower extremity vascular diseases.Methods:40 patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were selected as the research object.According to the order of visiting,the patients were numbered 1-40.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the control group and 20 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given general treatment and basic treatment,while the treatment group was given acupoint injection of Astragalus injection for 3 weeks on the premise of the treatment plan of the control group.The skin temperature,color,pain,intermittent claudication and ankle-brachial index(ABI)of the patients in the control group and the treatment group were observed and recorded.At the same time,the changes of blood lipid related indexes(TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C),Hemorheology and infrared thermal imaging of the patients in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Differences among them.Result:1.The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 85.00%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).2.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the improvement of blood lipid related indexes(TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C)and hemorheology in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Acupoint injection of Astragalus membranaceus can effectively improve the situation of blood lipid related indexes(TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C),reduce blood viscosity,improve blood hypercoagulability,and makearterial stenosis in the extremities.The blood flow velocity was improved and the blood flow was increased.3.The results of infrared thermography in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Acupoint injection of Astragalus membranaceus injection was helpful to establish collateral circulation of affected limbs and improve chronic ischemic condition of affected limbs.Conclusion:Astragalus injection assisted by acupoint injection in treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion has a clear effect,simple operation,and safe application.
