Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of purging stomach invigorating the spleen and wake up the brain to dredge the meridians acupuncture for the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated by ischemic stroke.2.To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of Diabetic ischemic stroke.Method:Sixty patients were divided into the acupuncture group group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used the same dietary therapy to maintain the patient's original medication while adjusting the intake of the diet.The acupuncture treatment group was given the principle of purging stomach.invigorating the spleen and wake up the brain to dredge the meridians and on the basis of the scientific lifestyle intervention.To select points:Spleen Yu,Sanyinjiao,Taibai line to mention transplanting phlegm transfer method;Zhongwan,Zusanli,inner court,ditch line to carry out transplanting smashing and reducing method.Yanglingquan,Fenglong,Quchi,Hegu,Taichong Pingping-reducing method,retention needle 30min,every other day,3 times a week treatment,treatment for 3 months.The scores of neurological function,stroke efficacy,and symptom scores of diabetes before and after treatment were recorded:fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),total cholesterol(TC),and triglyceride(TG)were measured before and after treatment.),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),comparative efficacy evaluation.Results:1.Comparison of two groups of symptoms of diabetes,stroke efficacy scores,and neurological function scores:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the total symptom scores in the acupuncture group decreased The control group was significant and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),and hemoglobin Alc(HbAlc):Compared with before treatment,the decrease in blood glucose levels in the acupuncture group after treatment was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).).3.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C):Compared with before treatment,acupuncture group TG,LDL-C after treatment There was a statistically significant difference between HDL-C and HDL-C(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in TC(P>0.05).After treatment,TG in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the acupuncture group after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with ischemic stroke are mainly characterized by stomach fever.spleen deficiency,sputum and stasis block the meridians.the method of purging stomach.invigorating the spleen and wake up the brain acupuncture can improve glucose and lipid metabolism,neurological function,and clinical symptoms.Improving stroke is an effective treatment for type 2 diabetes complicated by ischemic stroke.
