The Observation And Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Using Bushen Tiaozhou Therapy In The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Objective:This study observed in the control group(Rupixiao group)and experimental group(tkrpm group)the difference of the clinical effects in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,to explore the clinical effect of the menstrual cycle according to the dynamic regulation of yin and Yang in patients with the treatment of this disease,to provide new ideas for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods:a prospective randomized controlled parallel study was carried out in this study.Methods 60 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in Department of general surgery,Second Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rupixiao tablets,the experiment group adopted the method of Invigorating Kidney Decoction orally,two groups were treated for 6 months.Before and after treatment,the size,hardness and range of breast masses were recorded by color Doppler ultrasound.The values of estradiol and progesterone were measured in the luteal phase(twenty-second days of the menstrual cycle)before and after the treatment.Results:the baseline data of the two groups before the treatment were compared to P>0.05,no statistical significance,and the two groups were comparable.After 6 months of treatment,26 cases were effective in the control group and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90%.In the experimental group,3 cases were cured,1 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 97%.The two groups of results were statistically tested:P<0.01.The total efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant.The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The total score of breast mass after treatment in the control group and the experimental group was statistically P=0.17(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups.No significant difference was observed between the two groups.It was considered that the control group and the experimental group had similar effects on improving the breast lumps.The pain score of the control group and the experimental group was statistically P=0.76(P>0.05)after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.It was considered that the effect of improving the breast pain was similar to that of the control group.The control group and the experimental group were treated with symptom scores after statistical analysis,P<0.01,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.It was considered that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of breast hyperplasia patients.The statistical analysis of P<0.01 group patients before and after treatment with estradiol levels in the experimental group before and after the treatment,estradiol level through the statistical analysis of P<0.01 two group has improved the secretion of estradiol,estradiol levels after the treatment in the two groups by statistical analysis of P=0.75(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of estradiol after treatment in the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in improving the estradiol secretion.In the control group,the progesterone level before· and after treatment was statistically analyzed by P=0.52(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups.It was considered that the control group had no significant effect in improving progesterone secretion.The level of progesterone in the test group was statistically analyzed before and after treatment P<0.01.The difference in the group was significant,and the experimental group had a significant effect on the improvement of progesterone secretion.After treatment,the progesterone level of the two groups was statistically analyzed.P=0.02(P<0.05)showed significant difference between the groups.It was considered that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the progesterone secretion.Conclusion and significance:the clinical observation results showed that the overall effect of Bushen Tiaozhou method of oral medicine overall curative effect is obviously superior to oral Rupixiao,two in improving breast lumps,pain,regulating the level of luteal estradiol has similar efficacy,but tkrpm oral medicine in patients with symptoms and improve the regulation of the level of progesterone in luteal phase more than the oral Rupixiao tablets.The decoction of tonifying kidney and regulating Zhou decoction is effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.It has its advantages and can be widely used in clinical practice.
