Objective: Through the labor-intensive electrical manufacturing current situation of enterprise employees' occupational stress questionnaire,to understand the status of the labor-intensive electronic enterprise staff occupational stress to explore its influence factors of occupational stress and put forward intervention measures,for the labor-intensive electronics companies provide scientific evidence for intervention measures of the implementation of the occupational stress,at the same time,can also is in the same industry other enterprise and other industry enterprise employees' occupational stress intervention to provide the reference.Methods:The whole group sampling method was used to extract the occupational stress questionnaire survey of 1000 employees who had been working in the enterprise for a long time,including general situation questionnaire,related service and demand questionnaire,job demand-control model(JDC),effort-reward imbalance model(ERI).The Epidata3.1 software was applied and SPSS13.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: The final effective rate of the questionnaire was 92.71%,and the result of high occupational stress of JDC questionnaire was 80.3%,and the high occupational stress of ERI questionnaire was: 81%.Education level,average month income,jobs,weekly working hours,whether it is shift work and work is whether contact with occupational harmful factors job demand-control model(JDC)the influence factors of occupational stress,gender and weekly working hours are effort-reward imbalance model(ERI)the influence factors of occupational stress.Conclusions: The employee's work is monotonous,the work intensity is long and the time is long,the occupational stress is at a high level,and the individual and professional factors of the employees are the factors that cause the occupational stress.Enterprises should pay attention to mental health of employees,adopt comprehensive intervention measures,reduce the occupational stress level employees,so as to promote the staff's physical and mental health,but also can promote the effective development of the enterprise.
