Object:To develop the theoretical model of job burden-capital of occupational stress that conforms to the characteristics of local occupational groups in China,to provide effective basis and means for the prevention of occupational stress. And to explore the relationship between the dimensionalities of the theoretical model and early health effects,to finally evaluate the epidemiological value of the newly developed model of occupational stress in early health effects. Methods:Collecting the data and information of electronics manufacturing services by typical cross-sectional survey method on the basis of Literature review and expert interview in the region of Pearl River Delta(Guangdong Province),Yangtze River Delta(Jiangsu Province),Bohai Sea(Beijing,Tianjin)and the Midwest(Hunan Province,Sichuan Province).Evaluating the effects of job burden-capital model on early health including occupational burnout, depression disorder, insomnia disorder and life satisfaction,by typical cross-sectional survey method in the 6 provinces/cities again.Epi.Data 3.1 was used for data input;SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for statistical analysis. On the part of model development,Chronbach' a was used for the assessment of internal consistency.Pearson correlation analysis was used for detecting the association between stressors and items of the model.Model fitting was conducted by structural equation modeling.Exploratory factor analysis and testing of validity and reliability were used for the development of measurement tool on the basis of job burden-capital model. On the part of early health effects assessment,Descriptive analyses,Chi-square test,t test, multiple regression,multi-level analyses and structural equation modeling were conducted for quantitative data analysis.a=0.05 by two sides.Results:1.Part of model development:Totally 1700 questionnaires were issued, recycling 1618 effective questionnaires, effective recycling rate was 95.2%.Study subjects were balanceable in the aspects of gender, age, marital status, educational level and job position. The three dimensions as job burden, capital and personality were correlated between each other statistically. The global model of job burden-capital fitted well with acceptable fitting indices as AGFI=0.937,NNFI=0.953,IFI=0.963 and RMSEA=0.058;and the effects of the path coefficient supported the five empirical hypotheses on the development of the model,as stress perception was positively correlated with the risking factors of stress, and was negatively correlated with the protecting factors of stress. And job satisfaction perception was negatively correlated with the risking factors of stress, and was positively correlated with the protecting factors of stress. The model had good applicability among different gender, age, education, marriage and job potion.ROC curve analysis showed that the model had good sensitivity and specIFIcity in detecting occupational stress, and optimal Youden index showed that the sensitivity was 65.5%and specIFIcity was 80.0%.Chronbach' a of dimensions of the model ranged from 0.750 to 0.929,showed good internal consistency.6 principal components of items in the model by exploratory factor analysis were consistent with the model hypotheses.Validity analysis showed that the measurement tool of the model had good discriminatory validity in different gender, age, marriage status, education or job position.2.On the part of epidemiological study on early health effects:Totally 6800 questionnaires were issued, recycling 6491 effective questionnaires, effective recycling rate was 95.5%.Single factor and multi-factor analysis showed that job burden-capital model had clear epidemiological value in evaluating the early health effects by occupational stress. In terms of emotional exhaustion and life satisfaction predication, the dimension of job burden had more influencing effects and contribution, while for the aspects of depersonalization, sense of achievement, depression disorder and score of life satisfaction, the dimension of job capital had more influencing value and contribution;for insomnia disorder and occupational burnout, both of job burden and job capital had good epidemiological value and contribution. At the same time, being as the moderating factor, personality could either affect early health of stress directly,or moderate the effects between job burden/capital and early health influence. Conclusion:the job burden-capital model of occupational stress has good global fitting, and can be used to lucubrate occupational stress and its prevention strategies. The job burden-capital model has clear epidemiological value in the evaluation of early health effects by occupational stress. In the process of stress-health intervention, pertinence methods or strategies should be designed basing on the different effects of health influence by different stressors,to promote physical and mental health of occupational population.
