[Object]The objectives of this study are to understand overall psychological status of pregnant women vaccinated with rabies vaccine, the knowledge of rabies control and the compliance of the whole process of standardized vaccination,to assess the role of continuity-based health education based on mobile terminals,to improving the psychological status of pregnant women vaccinated against rabies, the level of rabies prevention and treatment and the compliance of vaccination,to achieve the theory of health education for pregnant women with clinical rabies vaccination.[Methods]A total of 140 pregnant women vaccinated against rabies vaccine in Nanjing second hospital were continuously selected. The pregnant women were enrolled in the test group and the control group according to the order of inoculation, with 70 cases in each group. The intervention lasted for 28 days. The control group received routine health education model, the experimental group adopted the continuity health education model based on the mobile terminal, and the content of health education in the experimental group was the same as those in the control group except the education pattern. The instruments included SCL-90 symptom checklist,self-made questionnaire on rabies prevention and control and compliance assessment. The intervention measures implemented in each time period between vaccination, and at the 30min observation period of each vaccination, the psychological status, the level of rabies prevention and control knowledge and the compliance of vaccine inoculation were evaluated and compared between two groups of pregnant women by means of measuring tools. The objectives were to compare the differences between continuing health education and traditional health education based on mobile terminal in the process of pregnant women injecting rabies vaccine, and to find the advantages of mobile education in health education.[Results](1)Before taking the intervention measures, the factors influencing the psychological status of rabies vaccination were marital status and parity(p<0.05),and the factors influencing the level of rabies prevention and control was the educational level(p<0.05).(2)Significant differences were detected in the total score of SCL-90 and the factor scores of the fifth rabies vaccinated.Differences in the scores of the somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, psychosis, and others were statistically significant(p<0.01);Compared with the control group, the scores of SCL-90 total score(p<0.01),somatization,anxiety and paranoia(p<0.05)were significantly different among the five rabies vaccination; There were no significant difference between the SCL-90 total score and the dimension factor scores between the test group and the control group(p>0.05).At the third dose of the vaccination, the differences in the total score(1.53±0.07 vs 1.58±0.07,p<0.01),anxiety(1.53±0.25 vs1.64±0.26),psychosis(1.52±0.23 vs 1.61±0.25),and others(1.48±0.24 vs 1.62±0.28)were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the fourth vaccination, the differences in the total score(1.46±0.07 vs 1.58±0.09)and somatization1.46±0.19 vs1.58 ± 0.23),obsessive-compulsive symptoms(1.42±0.17 vs 1.59±0.24),interpersonal sensitivity(1.49±0.21 vs1.58±0.28),depression(1.46±0.22 vs 1.60±0.23),anxiety(1.45±0.23 vsl.58±0.24),horror(1.44±0.26 vs 1.58±0.26),paranoia(1.45±0.28 vs 1.60±0.33)and psychosis(1.46±0.25 vsl.56±0.26)were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the fifth vaccination, the difference of total scores(1.41±0.07 vsl.55±0.08)and all the factor scores between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the scores of rabies disease prevention and control in the test group were significantly different following the rabies vaccination(p<0.01);There was no significant difference in rabies control knowledge between the two groups in first vaccination(p>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of the second, third, fourth and fifth vaccination(p<0.01).(4)There was significant difference in the compliance of rabies vaccination between the experimental group and the control group(x2=7.600,p<0.01).[Conclusion]The study showed that unmarried and early pregnant women were more likely to have psychological problems in rabies vaccination.Among pregnant patients with low educational levels, initial rabies prevention was tightly associated with a lack of knowledge on prevention and treatment of rabies;additionally, continuing health education based on mobile terminal is helpful to improve the psychological status of rabies vaccination of pregnant patients, the rabies prevention and control knowledge and the level of compliance of vaccination.
