| Objective:to acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine and the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on patients suffering from degenerative spondylitis were clinically observed.The curative effect of degenerative spondylitis.To provide a comprehensive theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of degenerative spondylitis.In clinical acupuncture combined with objective evaluation method.Methods:three treatment group included 45 cases of acupuncture combined with medicine group,acupuncture group,Chinese medicine group were 15.The acupuncture and medicine group using acupuncture and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine(Duhuojisheng Decoction)treatment group,acupuncture group with the same acupuncture therapy combined with acupuncture and medicine,Chinese traditional medicine group.For the same Chinese medicine acupuncture medicine group(Duhuojisheng Decoction).The treatment group was two.The course of treatment,to other treatment,each course of a total of 10 times,after the end of the first course of treatment need to rest for a week,and then the second course of treatment,a total of about 8 weeks to complete.The observation indexes were "TCM syndrome diagnostic efficacy standards",by visual analogue scoring system(VAS,visual analog scale)for pain assessment and JOA lumbar function under the standard for evaluation(JOA,Japanese Orthopaedic Association)under the standard for evaluation of lumbar function.Results:comparison of statistical comparison between the two groups of patients in the three groups in age,gender,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),three groups of patients before treatment VAS score and JOA score had no statistical difference(P>0.05),the data of the three groups are comparable.In accordance with the "standard" of TCM syndrome diagnosis and treatment,the treatment of degenerative spondylitis patients had good curative effect of combined acupuncture treatment and simple drug treatment and acupuncture group three,acupuncture medicine group the highest cure rate between the three groups there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison of VAS/JOA score:three groups of patients after treatment between the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(p<0.001);acupuncture group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);acupuncture group and simple acupuncture group and simple Chinese medicine group before and after treatment comparison,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),said the analgesic effect of acupuncture and medicine the combined group than simple acupuncture group and simple Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:three kinds of treatment has a better curative effect on degenerative spondylitis,acupuncture combined with medicine has the highest efficiency;the analgesic effect of degenerative spondylitis,acupuncture medicine group is significantly better than simple acupuncture group and Chinese herbal medicine group,the acupuncture group is better than the effect of the Chinese herbal medicine group.Therefore,the clinical application of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of degenerative spondylitis. |
