Objective:1.To discuss the correlation between the traditional Chinese medicine and the backward adjustment method and immunology on the basis of the theoretical study.2.To study the effect of Chai Hou Lao Fu conditioning method on immune function of immunosuppression model mice.3.To study the effect of Chai Hou Lao Fu conditioning method on gastrointestinal function in immunosuppression model mice.Method:1.Through the system collecting and combing the literature,the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and immunology was clarified,and the rationality of the application of Chai Hou Lao Fu conditioning method in immunomodulation was revealed.2.Use cyclophosphamide to establish immunosuppression model.Thymus index and spleen index were measured by weight measurement of immune organs.The white blood cell count,lymphocyte number and erythrocyte count were measured by whole blood analysis.MTT method was used to detect the cellular immune function,and DNFB method was used to measure cellular immune function.The humoral immune function was measured by serum hemolysin method.The function of mononuclear-macrophage was measured by carbon particle clearance method.3.Use cyclophosphamide to establish immunosuppression model.Plasma motilin was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The residual rate of gastric contents was determined by nutrient semi-solid paste and activated carbon method.The propelling rate of small intestine was determined by ink propulsive method.Result:1.The indexes of organ index were significantly improved after the adjustment(P<0.05,P<0.01);leukocyte count,lymphocyte count,erythrocyte count were significantly improved after the adjustment.(P<0.01);spleen lymphocyte transformation rate were significantly improved after the adjustment(P<0.05);ear swelling degree were significantly improved after the adjustment(P<0.05);antibody accumulation were significantly improved after the adjustment(P<0.05);macrophage phagocytic index were significantly improved after the adjustment(P<0.01).2.The plasma motilin level,gastric solid emptying rate and small intestine propelling rate of immunosuppressive mice were significantly increased by the Chai Hou Lao Fu conditioning method(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Chai Hou Lao Fu conditioning method can improve the cellular immune function,humoral immune function and nonspecific immune function of the immunosuppression model mice.2.The Chai Hou Lao Fu conditioning method can promote the gastrointestinal motility of the immunosuppression model mice.
