Objective:Observe the clinical symptoms, endoscopic, pathological improvement,Hp eradication rate and the effect on PGR,G-17 in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion treated by heat-clearing and dampness combined with eradication of standard quadruple therapy.Method:Observing patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion, and 60 cases of spleen and stomach dampness were identified by TCM.According to the principle of randomized control,30 cases were treated in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with standard quadruple therapy + Chinese medicine intervention, and the control group was treated with standard quadruple therapy + folic acid tablets + vitamin B6 tablets + rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules. The two groups were treated for 10 weeks. After the end of the treatment, the clinical symptoms, endoscopic and pathological performance, and the improvement of Hp,PGR,and G-17 levels were observed in both groups. Results:Comparison of clinical symptoms:In terms of total curative effect, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%,with no significant difference(p>0.05).In the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The treatment group was superior to the control group and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05).In terms of TCM symptom scores, there were four aspects of epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting, burning of the stomach, and stool. The improved treatment group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the two aspects of tongue coating and oral bad breath, the improvement effect was similar in the treatment group and the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Comparison of endoscopic erosion:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 90.00%in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Histopathological comparison:In terms of acute inflammation, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(p>0.05);in the chronic inflammation, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(p<0.05);The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(p<0.01);in the intestinal metaplasia, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Hp eradication rate comparison:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p>0.05).The comparison of PGR and G-17 levels:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of the PGR level(p>0.05),but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of heat-clearing and damp-heating method with standard quadruple therapy has good clinical curative effect on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and erosive spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, and it is obviously superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms.
