The Clinical Observation Of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated By Bujin Huoxue Prescription

Research objective:Observe the improvement of Bujin Huoxue prescription on the symptoms of the primary Sjogren's Syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the influence on laboratory indexes.Explore the improvement of Bujin Huoxue prescription on the TCM symptoms of the primary Sjogren's Syndrome patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its effect on immune regulation.Methods:90 patients diagnosed with primary Sjogren's Syndrome of Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(Bujin blood circulation method)and western medicine group(hydroxychloroquine)and the group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine(Bujin blood circulation method+ hydroxychloroquine),according to the principle of parallel open control test,and there were 30 cases in each group,and the total course of treatment was 12 weeks.Of three groups of patients,TCM syndrome integral,ESSPRI.and ESSDAI were respectively evaluated on 0 and 12th week,and relevant laboratory indicators(WBC,ESR,CRP,RF,immunoglobulin(IgG,IgM and IgA),addiment(C3 and C4)were evaluated once before and after the treatment.Results:In terms of improving TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of TCM group was 73.3%,and the western medicine group was 63.3%,and the Chinese and western medicine group was 96.7%.There was a significant difference among three groups before and after the treatment(p<0.05),and the Chinese and western medicine group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group(p<0.05,p<0.01).There were significant differences between the three groups before and after treatment,such as dry mouth,dry eye,fatigue,joint pain and tongue picture,etc.(p<0.05).Among them,the improvement of dry mouth,dry eyes and fatigue of the Chinese and western medicine group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(p<0.05),and the improvement of tongue picture of Chinese traditional medicine group and the group of Chinese medicine group and western medicine was better than that of western medicine group(p<0.01).The TCM syndrome integral of the three groups was significantly improved(p<0.01),and the curative effect of Chinese and western medicine group was more significant(p<0.01),and there was no significant advantage between Chinese medicine group and western medicine(p>0.05).In terms of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 66.7%,and the western medicine group was 60%,and the Chinese and western medicine group was 93.3%.The three groups were more obviously improved than before the treatment(p<0.05),and the curative effect of Chinese and western medicine group was better than traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(p<0.05,p<0.01).In terms of ESSPRI and ESSDAI,the three groups were improved significantly(p<0.01).In terms of ESSPRI score,the curative effect of Chinese and western medicine group was better(p<0.05),and in contrast,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group had no significant advantage(p>0.05).In terms of related laboratory inspection indicators,the numerical value of WBC,IgG,IgM,CRP,ESR of Chinese and western medicine group after treatment was improved significantly(p<0.05),and RF,IgA,C3 index of Chinese medicine group were improved significantly(p<0.05),and the improvement of WBC and IgG index of Chinese and western medicine group was better than that traditional Chinese medicine group(p<0.05),and the improvement of the experimental indicators of the other groups were similar.Conclusion:1.It is effective for Bujin blood circulation method to treat patients with primary sicca syndrome of Yin deficiency and blood stasis.2.The combination of Bujin blood circulation method and hydroxychloroquine can effectively reduce the TCM syndromes score and improve objective test indexes of patients with sicca syndrom of Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and it is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.
