The Clinical Investigation About Huoxue Tongluo Qingnao Prescription Treated Lacunar Infarction(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the tongluo huoxue qingnao prescription treat the clinical curative effect about lacunar infarction,the improvement of clinical neural function defect scale and Chinese medicine symptom score and its influence on blood lipids,hemorheology and platelet aggregation, as to provide theoretical basis for its efficacy for clinical promotion.Methods: into December 2013-January 2015, in our department during the ward and outpatient service in line with the western medicine diagnosis of lacunar cerebral infarction, and conform to the stroke therapeutic effect evaluation standard of diagnosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with 60 cases(excluding loss cases), were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases with its serial number check random number table. To comparable age, course, past medical history and concomitant diseases, and clinical neural function defect scale and Chinese medicine symptom score before treatment, with statistical analysis of 2 groups of patients, is no statistical significance before treatment. In the two groups were given basic treatment: 5% glucose injection 500 ml and Cinepazide Maleate Injection 320 mg, the patients with diatetes give insulin 8 IU,iv, qd,for one week. To merge with chronic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes or infection to give corresponding general western medicine symptomatic therapy. But don’t give a thrombolysis, anticoagulation, expanding blood vessels or calcium channel block effect of western medicine. Observation group were given tongluo huoxue qingnao prescription beyond the foundation treatment, one day a dose, take after mixing it with hot water. Control group were given Gingkgo leaf tablets beyond the foundation treatment, Two pills each time, bid. Two groups were given oral medications at the begining of the treatment, and 1 month for a period of treatment. Symptoms and the treatment efficiency of two groups after treatment was observed and comparison; comparison and analysis of two groups about clinical neural function defect scale and Chinese medicine symptom score both before and after treatment; also observed the blood lipids, the change of hemorrheology and platelet aggregation before and after treatment, all above were made statistical analysis. At the same time, test blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, conventional coagulation and electrocardiogram, to make clear whether there are side effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results: Observation group and control group curative effect comparison before and after the treatment are obvious difference(P<0.05),The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,the control group was 86.67%, two groups’ total effective rates are significant difference(P<0.05); Observation group and control group before and after treatment of clinical neural function defect scale and Chinese medicine symptom score were improved significantly(P<0.05), and the observation group after treatment of clinical nerve function defect score and Chinese medicine symptom score were superior to control group, two groups are significant difference(P<0.05); Observation group and control group in reducing blood lipids, hemorheology and platelet aggregation of curative effect is significant(P<0.05), the observation group in reducing blood lipids, hemorheology and platelet aggregation of curative effect is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: tongluo huoxue qingnao prescription have effective treatment for patients with lacunar infarction clinical symptoms, and can reduce blood lipids, hemorheology and platelet aggregation. And no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
