Objective:Observe the clinical research of treatment of menopausal insomnia with yin deficiecy and fire hyperactivity in tongue-acupuncture combined with body-acupuncture.Methods:Sixty cases of menopausal Insomnia with yin deficiecy and fire hyperactivity in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(tongue-acupuncture combined with body-acupuncture)and control group(body-acupuncture)with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with tongue-acupuncture combined with body-acupuncture,and the control group was treated with simple body-acupuncture.Course of treatment and evaluation methods:once a day,5 times for a course of treatment,two days of rest between treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment,before treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,the end of treatment were used PSQI,modified Kupperman scale and The TCM Syndrome Scale is used to score and evaluate changes to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.The statistical results showed that the total effective rates of the patients with tongue needle + body acupuncture group and simple body acupuncture group were 63.3%and 16.7%respectively after two courses of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were 90%in the tongue and body acupuncture group and 86.7%in the simple body acupuncture group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The results showed that after treatment,the Kupperman scale scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased after two courses of treatment and after four courses of treatment compared with before treatment,and both were P<0.05;2 patients after treatment 2 The comparison between the two groups showed that the tongue and body acupuncture group were superior to the simple body acupuncture group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the PSQI scores of the treatment group and control group decreased after 2 courses of treatment and after 4 courses of treatment compared with before treatment,and all were P<0.05;after 2 courses of treatment,the two groups of patients The comparison between groups showed that the tongue and body acupuncture group was superior to the simple body acupuncture group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after the end of the 4 courses(P>0.05).4.The results showed that after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased after two courses of treatment and after four courses of treatment compared with before treatment,and all were P<0.05;The comparison between the two groups showed that the tongue and body acupuncture group were superior to the simple body acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tongue-acupuncture combined with body acupuncture therapy for the treatment of insomnia in perimenopausal period with Yin-deficiency and Huo-wang-type has a significant clinical effect.2.Tongue-acupuncture combined with acupuncture therapy and simple body acupuncture therapy can improve the sleep condition and perimenopausal symptoms in perimenopausal patients with insomnia due to yin deficiency and fire sensation,but tongue-needle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture treatment is rapid and effective in the early treatment period.Can significantly reduce the time to sleep and improve sleep efficiency.3.Tongue acupuncture combined with body acupuncture can shorten the course of treatment,and patients are easy to accept,good compliance,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,it is worth promoting.
