Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cancerous Fever Of Lung Cancer With Syndromes Of Blood Stasis And Toxin By Adding Modified Wuwei Disinfection Drink

Objective:To observe the changes of body temperature,clinical symptoms,quality of life and safety in the treatment of cancer fever caused by blood stasis and toxin syndromes of lung cancer treated with Modified Wuwei Disinfection drink,It provides an objective and scientific basis for the treatment of related symptoms of cancer fever in lung cancer.Methods:The experiment was supposed to be included in 48 cases,but in the observation experiment,40 cases were selected because 3 cases lost visit,2 cases died and 3 cases did not take medicine as required.Forty patients with cancer fever according to the syndromes of blood stasis and toxin in lung cancer were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method,20 cases of treatment group,20 cases of control group.The treatment group was treated with modified Wuwei disinfectant drink+Indomethacin suppository observe the regularity of fever,plug the anus half an hour before fever,33 mg / day at a time.Add flavor five flavor disinfectant drink 1st,three times a day,Indomethacin suppository,observe the regularity of fever,plug the anus half an hour before fever,33 mg / day at a time for 7consecutive days.Controlgroup treated with indomethacin suppository,Anus,50mg/d,1times/day,Plug the anus after defecation every morning,7 consecutive days.Before treatment,7th days after treatment and after treatment,the changes of clinical score before and after treatment were used to evaluate the curative effect and quality of life,The curative effect was evaluated by statistical method.Results:1.There was significant difference in body temperature between the treatment group and the control group(36.84 ±0.60)and the control group(37.22 ±0.31)(P <0.05).The effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.2.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in complete control(P < 0.05),partial control P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The results showed that the cases in the treatment group were completely controlled,and some cases were better than those in the control group.3.The score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group(8.20 + 3.43)and the score of TCM syndrome(15.60 + 5.17)in the control group were(15.60 + 5.17),there was significant difference in TCM symptom score(P < 0.05),the results show that the treatment group can obviously improve the symptoms of TCM,compared with the control group,it has obvious advantages.4.Total effective rate of TCM symptom in treatment group 95%,Total effective rate of TCM symptom in control group 60%,The total effective rate of the two groups was different(P < 0.05),It indicated that the treatment group had obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of the patients compared with the control group.5.Comparison of Karnofsky scores between two groups,there was no significant difference before treatment,the quality of life was improved to some extent in both groups after treatment,There was no statistical significance between the two.Conclusion:The treatment group was superior to the control group in temperature control and symptom improvement,Modified Wuwei Disinfection drink has the effect of Nourishing Yin and clearing heat,removing blood stasis and detoxification,Can control the temperature of patients,improve symptoms,improve the quality of life and safe and effective.
