Treatment Of Thin Endometrium With Less Menorrhagia With Yishen Tiaogan Huayu Method

Objective:To observe the curative effect of kidney-reducing liver-resolving phlegm method on the thin endometrial thinning of the kidney with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: In this study,clinical controlled observational studies were used to divide 60 cases that met the inclusion criteria into observation group and control group.37 cases were observation group.Late menstruation(7-14 days of menstruation)oral Yichang Tiaojing decoction and premenstrual period(Menstrual period 21-28 days)Oral Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction;23 cases as the control group,menstrual estradiol tablets / estradiol estradiol cyproterone tablets(Ke Lingmeng)started on the 5th day of menstruation,A total of 21 days.A menstrual cycle is a course of treatment and three consecutive courses are observed.Observing the changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the luteal phase,clinical syndromes of Chinese medicine(menstruation,vaginal discharge,lumbosacral pain,breast bloating,etc.),and the level of estrogen and progesterone in the mid-luteal phase.Summarized,using SPSS21.0 statistical software,the clinical data were analyzed by chi-square test,t-test and rank sum test.Results:1.The total curative effect of the observation group and the control group were83.78% and 86.96% respectively.There was no significant difference in the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that Yi Chong Tiao Jing Tang Jia Jian Jie Xue Fu Zhu Yi Tang decoction cycle treatment The combined effect of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome thin type endometrium combined with menorrhagia is similar to that of Kelin Meng.2.Compared with each other in each index,before and after treatment in the observation group,endometrial score,TCM syndrome score(Menstrual situation,vaginal discharge,complexion,lumbosacral soreness,breast swelling,abdominal pain)There was a significant difference in estrogen levels between the two groups(P<0.05).Tinnitus,loss of libido,and progesterone levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that observation group treatment improved the endometrium and menstruation.The total amount of menstrual flow,color quality,vaginal discharge,complexion,lumbosacral soreness,breast bulging,abdominal pain,and estrogen levels have effects;before and after treatment in the control group,the endometrium score,TCM syndrome score(menstrual flow,menstrual flow The overall quality,vaginal discharge,lumbosacral pain,abdominal pain,loss of libido)and estrogen levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in face color,breast swelling,tinnitus,and progesterone levels.(P>0.05).Between groups,there was no significant difference in the improvement of endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that Yi Chong Tiao Jing Tang Xi Jia Xiong Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction and periodic treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome thin endometrial menstruation combined with menstruation Too little in the promotion of endometrial growth is similar to that of Kelenmon.The two groups of treatment had significant differences in terms of menstrual flow,menstrual volume,color complexion,lumbosacral soreness,breast bulging,lower abdomen or less abdominal pain in the improvement of TCM syndromes,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Tiaojing Tang Jiaxie combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction cycle treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome thin endometrial merger menorrhagia in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(menstrual flow,menstrual volume and color quality comprehensive situation,complexion,lumbosacral pain,breast swelling,In the case of pain in the lower abdomen or lower abdomen,the effect is better than that of chlorpheniramine.Conclusion:1.Yishen Tiaogan Huayu treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome thin endometrial menorrhagia combined with the total efficacy of treatment with Ke Lingmeng similar.2.The treatment of replenishing kidney and regulating liver and phlegm circulation is similar to the treatment of improving the endometrium.3.The method of kidney circulation and liver phlegm treatment can effectively improve menstrual flow,lumbosacral soreness,pre-or menstrual breast swelling,lower abdomen or abdominal pain and other accompanying symptoms.4.The treatment of kidney-regulating liver and blood stasis can slightly increase the level of serum estradiol in the luteal phase.
