Objective: Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is a common disease and frequentdisease in orthopedic clinical.80-90%of patients after conservative therapy canalleviate the symptoms and even recovered,10%to26.6%of patients with lowback pain is caused due to sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Longer course and easyrelapse is the main bottleneck for the treatment of LIDH. The high incidence ofa disease, the recurrence rate high, and duration of treatment and is the treatmentof long LIDH main bottleneck. Younger trend and the harm caused by more andmore social concern..High clinical curative effect, safety, non-invasive,comfortable, has become a more and more clinical physicians and patientspursuit. In this study, use adjust the sacroiliac joint technique, to observed in theclinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: Patients were divided into control group, conventional traction massagetherapy group and adjust the treatment of sacroiliac joint groups of40cases. Agroup of patients with bed rest only, B, C groups were treated with conventionalmassage and traction adjustment of the sacroiliac joint treatment group, dailytreatment of1, after treatment20days unified assessment of clinical efficacy. Before and after treatment, using respectively in Japanese OrthopaedicAssociation scoring criteria for evaluation Score (Japanese OrthopaedicAssociation Scores "JOA) and Visual Analogue Scale method (Visual Analogue Scale/Score, hereinafter referred to as the VAS) for daily life function respectivelyand pain to assess index, including the subjective symptoms (low back pain, physical pain or numbness, gait,) and clinical signs (straight legs raising test andenhance experiment, feels obstacle, movement disorders, and daily activities suchas by limit), all the data into a SPSS18.0for processing. Results: The cure rate of the three groups were5%,42.5%,62.5%, the totaleffective rate was42.5%,87.5%,95%. The treatment group of the adjustsacroiliac joint was significantly better than the other two groups in the treatmenteffect, JOA score, improvement rate and average period of treatment. P <0.05.Conclusion:Adjust the sacroiliac joint treatment technique of intervertebral disc isbased on the theory of TCM and overall concept and spinal anatomy, biologicalbalance theory, the application of Chinese massage technique treatment of lumbarintervertebral disc herniation effective method, the recurrence rate is low, and agood long-term effect and application prospect. The technique of sacroiliac joint adjustments was safe and effective treatmentfor lumbar disc herniation, recurrence rate is low.
